breakfast was a bad decision, it had literally 2 things lol, not that good, I wouldn't recommend, maybe go in the front of the hotel and find something!
room was good but there was a smell in washroom

we were a bit late for our checkout because we had gone to get us a cab (approximately 45mins)
while we did not inform the staff that we will be back in some time.
the staff did not text or call to check with us, they literally texted us that we were charged late checkout in 45mins.
which felt like a suprise because I was loving the stay and I was going to recommend it to shit-ton of people but now im doubtful.
tho they didnt charge me, it felt like it was quite rude.

Wir waren positiv überrascht von dem Hotel, sehr sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer. Leider hatten wir eine Aussicht direkt aufs Dach des direkt angrenzenden Nachbargebäudes, aber was solls, waren ja nicht oft im Zimmer. Sehr gute Lage, alles fußläufig machbar. Personal sehr freundlich. Schöner Pool. Gutes Frühstück; konnte drinnen und draußen eingenommen werden, was wir sehr positiv empfanden, weil wir gern draußen sitzen. Wir waren insgesamt sehr angenehm überrascht.

La ubicación es buena, cerca del centro pero no en el medio de todo, la habitación es amplia, la cama cómoda. Muy buen desayuno.
El personal es muy amable, y estuvo disponible siempre que fue necesario.

The room where very clean and value for money. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Also a good spread for breakfast with local food.

Het was verouderd, kamer keek uit op daken en airco's. Zwembad was klein en had achterstallig onderhoud. Trapje zat los, tegels los etc.
El hotel está frente a la playa principal, a 10 minutos caminando del mercado nocturno y el famoso 7/11 al lado, con lo cual, ubicación 10/10. El personal fue sumamente amable, nos ayudaron con todas nuestras preguntas y necesidades. Las habitaciones, muy cómodas, limpias; la cama, increíble para dormir. El lugar es muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar. Muy recomendado. Por cierto, el desayuno, muy bueno. Lo recomiendo 100% y sin duda volveré cuando visite Ao Nang.
Solo por poner un pero, pondría una salita con wifi y aire acondicionado para trabajar y quizás una cafetería o bar que funcione todo el día para tomar algo mientras estás en la piscina.
The property is located in a very convenient location, in between the ao nang landmark and ao nang main road where all the main shops/bar is.
The reception staff are very very nice and helpful! They made me feel so welcome throughtout my stat from the moment I checked to the time I waited for my van pick up going back to the airport. The maintenance/cleaning team were very nice too.
I will definitely book this place again when I’m back in Krabi!🫶🏼
