Declining Standards – Disappointing Experience

Cons:

I have stayed at this property many times in the past, but the quality has significantly declined.
The hotel is becoming increasingly dirty, and the facilities do not match what is advertised on Booking.com.

During my recent stay, the showers were broken and the towels provided were old and worn. Given the high price of the rooms, this lack of maintenance and cleanliness is unacceptable.

I can no longer recommend this place as it no longer offers the value or standard it once did.

Отличное месторасположение, пару минут от аэропорта. Огромный плюс - удобный трансфер 24/7 за 5 евро. Гостиница снаружи не новая, но номера хорошие, все очень чисто и комфортабельно. На одну ночь идеальный вариант. Прекрасное соотношение цена/качество. Отличные завтраки, большой выбор всего из всего. Чайника в номере нет, но можно бесплатно брать горячую воду на баре. Персонал очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый. 10 из 10!

Good hotel close to the Malpesa airport
Pros:

I loved this hotel! It was perfect for a one-night stay. The location is very convenient, close to Malpensa Airport, and the airport transfer service was excellent and hassle-free. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and everything was well organized. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation near the airport.

Good value for money
Pros:

We liked firstly the airport shuttle, which goes every 30 minutes and was available during our late night flight (fee per person 5 EUR). The check-in was very smooth and easy. We liked also the area, the view of the room with planes flying by, also it was not noisy as one could imagine. The hotel had an option for breakfast - nothing fancy, but very decent, pastries, eggs, coffee, etc. There was also a minibar in the room.

Cons:

The overall room can have a bit of renovation, especially the bathroom. While it did not make huge negative influence on our stay, still a renovation may make this place even better.
