Location was great , staff were helpful and friendly especially Edgar the concierge

Cons:

Rooftop bar although nice , very small and open to non guests so became very crowded , run by a seperate company

Beautiful Hotel with outstanding service!
Pros:

From the moment we entered the hotel lobby until we checked out everything about this hotel was spectacular!! Rafael and his team greeted us and handled all of our needs like we were the only guest in the hotel. Rooms are beautiful, clean and have all the amenities you need. Food was outstanding and roof top bar was impressive! Great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Pros:

It was a wonderful experience. Dare I say amazing!! Rafael was the absolute best. His energy and personality were awesome. He took such great care of us. Chris and Chique were phenomenal as well. Would absolutely recommend staying here. 5 star experience.
