Would stay again as apart from the Wi-Fi it is excellent value and the staff are very helpful

The view of the lake, Aircon very efficient, clean and good hot water.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi is very poor, you have to keep logging in as it disconnects you.

We had 2 weeks at this very comfortable property where we enjoyed golfing, swimming, relaxing and eating delicious Thai

It was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly, location and facilities were ideal for our stay, plunge pool was great

Very bad experience. Got a food intoxication, fever, rooms with mold, noisy.

Very bad experience. Got a food intoxication for days eating food (spoiled boiled rice) from the restaurant of the hotel.

Got even a fever because inside the room is too cold and extreme humidity with mold in the room.

In the room is extremely noisy from the insects making noise.

Staff rude.

Uncomfortable beds, small rooms, dark.

Serenity of the place …..lavish environment…..slightly away from patong beach but excellent place to stay those who believe in peace of mind..,,,

Cons:

Swimming pool could have lights in night and veg breakfast options could be improved …..only single kind of juice provided for both the days ….
