According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, clients must present their Identification Papers/ Passport of each passenger and children must provide their ID card or birth certificate at check-in.

Room rate is based on 2 adults only. Maximum 2 children under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Any additional child will be charged an extra fee.

Children from 6-11 years old will be charged VND 125,000/night/child for breakfast directly at the reception upon check-in when using existing beds.

Children from 12 years old and above should be considered as adult, extra bed inclusive breakfast is 400.000 VNĐ/ night for the buffet breakfast. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Guests are to pay the surcharge at the reception upon check-in.

Pet are strictly not allowed at the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Excellent value for your money
Pros:

The hotel is a block off the beach on the North side of town. The hotel is very clean and serves a Vietnamese and Western hot breakfast buffet. There is a large outdoor pool with a nice poolside bar. A very good value for the price.

Pros:

La chambre confortable

Cons:

L'attitude du personnel : pas à l'écoute des questions (et pourtant la question était bien en vietnamien) et je me suis même faite engueuler par une dame à la réception pour avoir appelé une voiture (chose que je n'avais pas faite). J'ai trouvé le personnel à l'accueil plutôt désagréable (bien évidemment seulement ceux avec lesquels j'ai interagit).
L'endroit est hyper touristique et manque totalement de charme

Pros:

Very friendly staff very attentive and pleasant.

Cons:

Only fault I could say which is my preference but on the breakfast menu could have done with some sausage on the menu . Mainly catered for Russian and vietnamese pallets.

Pros:

Khách sạn có địa điểm tốt, giá cả hợp lý, bữa sáng phong phú, nhân viên nhiệt tình đặc biệt là 2 bạn Tiên và Phương. Hòn Mun, hòn Tằm, bãi Tranh cũng như bãi Sỏi đều là những nơi đáng để trải nghiệm.

Um pouco do Café da Manhã para ser um Hotel 5 estrelas ficou muito a desejar e as vidraças do quarto contém fitas adesivas quer fora colocadas e ainda contém cola, a parte onde contém os copos de vidros para por as escovas, ficamos 4 dias e machadas de pastas de dentes, sinal que a limpeza e falha
