Un lugar maravilloso, muy amables pero fallos en la organización

Cons:

Nos daban un masaje a las 8.30pm de la tarde, y supuestamente estaba agendado, llegamos a la hora y las pobres chicas masajistas ya estaban cerrando porque no sabían nada aunque al final nos dieron el masaje.
También pedimos 2 desayunos to go, y al dia siguiente no sabían nada, rápidamente nos dieron una caja con un croissant, una magdalena y una botella de agua. En resumen, muy amables pero un poco desastres en la organización... Eso sí, nos han gestionado muy bien transportes al aeropuerto y excursiones.

Pros:

Amazing location and the place itself was so great ! Nice and clean rooms, bottled water every day in the rooms, nice and spacious bathroom. The stuff was exceptional. The cooking class was a fantastic experience. Massages and scrubs were excellent too. The kids loved the pool. The food was so delicious... We would love to be back!

Cons:

I'd love to have more towels in the room.

A small paradise tucked away in a nice part of Ubud
Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They quickly and courteously responded to my concerns. The property has lush gardens and serves an excellent breakfast. It is also conveniently located near some great restaurants and down the street from an excellent yoga studio.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I must have had an old room. Despite an additional humidifier brought in when I complained of the moldy odor, I could not stay in the room due to health and allergy concerns. The hotel management was very gracious but due to its fully booked status, they could not move me to a newer or better room. I have since learned that in Bali, moldy rooms, especially those on the first floor that do not get sun exposure, can suffer from mold issues and are thus a common issue.
In addition, if having a large pool to swim in is important for you, this might not be your best choice. The setting is lovely for a dip but you really can't get any laps in and can feel crowded quickly.
For those who have mobility issues, this might not be a good choice either given steps and narrow paths.

We had a great time and weren’t too bothered about the couple of issues with the shower and connecting rooms

Rooms were not interlinked which was hard with a young family and didn’t have hot water for the showers

Wonderful hotel in beautiful grounds with amazing staff.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, great location on the edge of town, away from the busy Main Street and a ten minute walk. Staff were so nice, and even offered us food from a staff celebration.
Grounds around the pool and rooms are lovely and really make it feel like an intimate place to stay. Food is great and alacarte breakfast was very good.
Staff really made the place.

Oasi di Ubud

La professionalità dello staff nella cura di ogni minimo dettaglio, la loro cordialità e la pulizia eccellente delle camere.
La qualità della struttura, immersa nel verde e con finiture di pregio.

Cons:

La posizione benché ottima e a pochi passi dalla principale strada di Ubud soffre un po' della scarsa illuminazione delle strade esterne ed è posta in una curva.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

Buena ubicación, buen aislamiento acústico, muy buenos desayunos y cenas, cama cómoda, limpieza de la habitación muy rápida, los jabones del baño olían muy bien (gel, champú, acondicionador…), todos los días te dejan 4 botellas de agua, terraza amplia y jardines cuidados.

Cons:

La presión de la ducha era muy baja, no hay espejo en la habitación, la nevera de la habitación hace mucho ruido, los enchufes iban muy mal (no se ajustaban y los cargadores se salían)… en general necesita una pequeña renovación.

Excellent petit dej salé (salade avocat etc)

Cons:
