Hotel confortável, com uma vista privilegiada, funcionários agradáveis, comida gostosa, quarto com sacada ampla e confortável. Voltaria a me hospedar!

Cons:

O hotel em geral talvez precise de algumas melhorias para ficar mais agradável aos olhos, apenas. Como estrutura, gostei bastante. E como dica: deveriam deixar petiscos nos intervalos das refeições para que haja sempre pelo menos alguma opção para os hóspedes all inclusive. Nos informaram que tinham pastéis, mas não achamos em lugar nenhum.

Una gran decepció

El llit era còmode. Tot un miracle. L'accés directe a la platja des del mateix hotel. Pero directament a les roques on has d'anar amb molt de cuidado per no relliscar i fer-te mal.

Cons:

Nefast en general. Vaig fer la reserva a l'abril i vaig demanar llit doble ja que booking em donava la opció. Doncs no ens van donar l'habitació doble. La vaig reclamar i em van dir qu no en tenien moltes i que no podien fer res. Nomes unir-les amb la fusta que posen per sota. L'habitació deixava molt que desitjar. Ens va tocar en un lateral de l'hotel on la sortida al petit balcó sols et deixava veure un matorral enorme que feia baixada per tot el lateral. La dutxa no tancava bé i la peça del desaigüe es movia, no estava fixe. Soroll des del mati ben d'hora perquè les portes de les habitacions no tenen fre i donen cops bruscos tota l'estona. La piscina un desastre. Faltaven peces a les vores, el jacuzzi tenia trossos de plàstic sec que tallaven moltíssim. Un autèntic perill. El buffet en general bé. EL preu per menjar al migdia ens va semblar molt correcte. Molta varietat de menjar. No ens va agradar que les truites d'ou que demanes per l'esmorzar, les fan a base d'un preparat, perd tot el bon gust de la truita. Tot i haver hora punta, tampoc considerem que no fos possible fer truites segons demanda.

No me gustó que me mandaran un mail 1 hora despues del chek out reclamándome y cobrándome un ventilador de mano que nunca vi en el cuarto.
Me pareció de mal gusto el reclamo tratándome de ladrona . Deberían acompañar en el chekin al pasajero hacer un inventario antes y control posterior. . No reclamar algo que nunca vi. Además sentí el maltrato al tratarme de ladrona . . No recomiendo Palladium . Tuve una mala experiencia en otro en Punta Cana qué me robaron de la caja fuerte . No se hicieron cargo. Me pareció una falta de respeto hacia mi persona. Realmente una buena experiencia se convirtió en la PEOR

Most terrible experince I've ever had with a hotel stay.
Pros:

Only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Cons:

The bathrooms smelled terrible. The food was honestly awful, both the quality and the taste. There is only one place to get food even though this is supposed to be an all inclusive hotel, and it is closed half the day.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and did not even feel like they had proper mattresses. We were also there for our honeymoon, but the staff did not care at all and made zero effort to make our stay feel even slightly special.

One of their dirty, smelly towels ruined my wife’s hair and makeup for the entire night. When we complained, the staff did absolutely nothing. They did not offer us another room or even bring us clean towels. We ended up having to go to a local shop and buy our own towels.

This was the most inconsiderate, uncomfortable, and miserable hotel experience I have ever had. I would never stay here again.
