Pros:

Malheureusement pas grand chose de positif sur cette hotel, a part le personnel de reception. Le personnel fait ce qu'il peux avec les moyens a leur disposition.

Cons:

Hotel tres vieillissant sans aucun renouvellement des fournitures. Le QR code annonce differents bars et restaurant qui sont pour la plupart fermé.
IL a fallu retourner a la reception pour recuperer des serviettes. Un cafard est apparu lors du petit dejeuner, les fauteuils sont bancales et defraichis. Les photos de booking ne sont pas en adequation avec la realité. Nous sommes parti dans un autre endroit apres la premiere nuit et le petit dejeuner avec le cafard.

Pros:

Chambre, vue, piscine, personnel top et très sympa

Cons:

Room service complètement absent (produits toujours en rupture de stock) j’imagine que c’est juste à cause de la transition en cours, mais il faut faire attention aux points qui devraient différencier un 5* des autres hotels :
CAC en plastique
Pas de services de verres identiques
Pas d’animation côté piscine (une petite musique pourrait faire la différence)

Уже лет 10 отдыхаю в этом отеле, всегда классные виллы, прекрасная территория и недалеко от всех ресторанов и старого города, бассейн на вилле это отдельное удовольствие. Ну и матрас с подушками лучшее!

Cons:

К сожалению в этот раз бассейн не обогревался, было свежо

Le personnel est très accueillant. Mme Mériem nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de sympathie. Nous la remercions pour celà.
Emplacement exceptionnel, calme, propre. Idéal pour une escapade loin de la ville tumultueuse

Cons:

Les revêtements des sols et murs méritent un calepinage digne d'un hôtel 5*.
Nous avons trouvé que le checkin à 16h était trop tardif, cela nous a empêché de profiter de la piscine le premier jour. Nous aimerions que cette règle soit remise en considération.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour
Pros:

Je remercie toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour son excellent accueil et son professionnalisme. L’hôtel est très propre, la chambre était confortable et parfaitement entretenue. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, varié et très bien présenté. Merci pour votre gentillesse et la qualité de votre service. Si je reviens dans la région, je choisirai sans hésiter de séjourner à nouveau dans votre hôtel. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.
