Zum vierten Mal hier gewesen, dieses Mal jedoch enttäuscht. Grundsätzlich hat das Hotel eine super Lage und obwohl es schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist (und das sieht man an jeder Ecke und auf jedem Schritt), hat man alles was man braucht, großzügige Zimmer, Sanitär und Loggias zum Entspannen, aber....

Eigentlich dachte ich in einem SPA-Hotel entspannen zu können, auf dem Gelände wurde aber ein Techno-Festival aufgebaut, überall liefen Bauarbeiter und Techniker herum, ständig Soundchecks.... man konnte beim besten Wetter nur drine speisen und die Kellner beriefen sich auf das Festival und stellten nur 2-3 Tische raus, scheinbar für Gäste, die davor schon Bakschisch gegeben haben. Eine Information zu diesen Einschränkungen hätte es seitens des Hotels schon vorab bei der Buchung geben sollen, meiner Meinung nach. Da ich aufgrund meines Nachtfluges erst gegen 3 Uhr nachts einchecken konnte, musste ich vorab mehrmals im Mailverkehr fast drum betteln zu der Uhrzeit einchecken zu dürfen und daran erinnern, dass sie 24-Stunden Rezeption haben. Die Jahre zuvor gab es ein wirklich wundervolles Abendbuffet, dieses Mal nur a la Carte und wenig Auswahl für längere Aufenthalte. Sonst gabs auch zur Begrüßung ein paar Kekse und Wasser auf dem Zimmer, dieses Mal nicht. Kleinigkeiten, die einen Gast willkommen heißen. Handtücher wurden mittags eingesammelt und frische gabs erst 4 Stunden später. Bei 3 Nächten Aufenthalt gabs nur 2 Kaffeekapseln - störte nicht weiter, da die Kaffeemaschine sowieso defekt war ;-) Im großen und ganzen, mit dem Service sehr nachgelassen, wirklich schade!

Pros:

Nous y sejournons chaque annee. C’est un vrai bonheur. L’hotel est en travaux, il y a beaucoup de changements en ce moment. Nous avons peur que la decoration qui est geniale soit remplacee. Le club house du golf qui etait magnifique a ete rase. Ca nous a beaucoup touche. Nous ne sommes pas les seuls a penser cela. Nous avons rencontre des connaissances qui partagent le meme avis. Les couloirs de l’hotel ont besoin d’etre renoves ainsi que le plancher et les bains de soleil autour de la piscine, c’est sur. Le taureau qui etait devant l’entree de l’hotel, le chien ont disparu. Ca donnait des touches de couleur qui mettait en valeur la deco. C’est plus fade maintenant. Le personnel est tres competent et tres sympatique. Le petit dej tres bon. Nous y passons un excellent sejour a chaque fois.

Alles sehr herunter gekommen, ein lost place, alles sehr ranzig und das Personal im Restaurant sehr unfreundlich und konnten kaum englisch.
In den Zimmern waren Kakerlaken.
