Cons:

Единственото нещо, което не ми хареса, беше, че минибарът в стаята беше заключен. Това създава усещане, че гостите се третират като ненадеждни клиенти, което не е най-доброто впечатление за хотел от такова ниво.

There has been a significant decline in the level of cleanliness and overall operations.
Pros:

I chose this hotel because it has always been one of my favorite hotels in Tbilisi.
This is not my first stay — in fact, this is my fourth time here, with my last visit being just one year ago.
However, the operational standards, room quality, and cleanliness have declined significantly in a very disappointing way.

Cons:

It is sad to have to remove it from my list of favorite hotels.
