Очень рекомендуем этот отель! Нам понравилось буквально всё: отличное расположение, красивый вид из окна, удобная кровать, прекрасный бассейн и замечательные завтраки.
Отдельно хочется отметить завтрак, выбор очень большой, можно найти еду на любой вкус, хороший кофе. Особенно понравилась стойка, где по желанию готовят свежую яичницу или омлет с разными добавками, а также панкейки. Наш ребёнок был от них в полном восторге.
Персонал очень приятный, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Мы останавливались в отеле на восемь дней. Изначально у нас был забронирован номер с одной большой кроватью, но по приезду нам бесплатно предложили поставить дополнительную кровать для ребёнка, что стало очень приятным бонусом. В номере также была большая ванна, отдельная радость для ребёнка :)
Ещё один очень приятный момент случился в последний день. Наш рейс перенесли на позднее время, и отель разрешил нам сделать поздний check-out без дополнительной платы. Благодаря этому мы смогли спокойно позавтракать, ещё раз сходить в бассейн и отдохнуть перед поездкой в аэропорт.
При отеле также есть ресторан, где можно вкусно пообедать. Цены вполне средние, а при заказе основного блюда детское меню было бесплатным, что для семьи с ребёнком особенно приятно.
У нас остались только хорошие впечатления от проживания. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель и если снова будем в городе, обязательно остановимся здесь ещё раз!
Хороший номер, он хоть и не очень большой но все расположено очень удобно, находится в нем было комфортно. Отдельной похвалы заслуживает зона с бассейном и баром возле него. Бассейн очень большой и что самое классное плавать в нем можно до 11 вечера. Очень было здорово после прогулок по жаркому Тбилиси вечером освежиться в бассейне перед сном! Отличный завтрак, приветливый персонал

נהניתי מאוד מהחופשה שלי בטביליסי. התארחתי במלון Holiday Inn שהיה נעים, נקי ובמיקום מצוין. הצוות היה אדיב והשירות היה מצוין, מה שהפך את השהות לנוחה ומהנה.

Old and unclean
Le grand lit très confortable (matelas plutôt ferme, comme dans les standards d'Europe occidentale), la piscine accessible de 8h à 23h.
Le ménage et l'amabilité du personnel de ménage.
L'insonorisation n'était pas optimale (bruit de la route, bruit de l'ascenseur parfois toutes les 2 secondes le matin et le soir).
Le fait de pouvoir fumer autour de la piscine, ainsi que les mégots de cigarettes par terre, en grand nombre devant l'hôtel et au niveau du parking. Des poubelles et une sensibilisation pour préserver les non-fumeurs seraient les bienvenus :)
La difficulté à rejoindre à pied les lieux d'intérêt malgré la proximité, à cause des routes et ponts dédiés aux voitures et le manque de voies piétonnes.
Des informations mériteraient d'être données quant à l'accès au parking avant d'arriver, afin d'éviter de stationner en gênant, le temps de demander comment cela fonctionne. Cela éviterait un stress inutile.
La personne lors du check-in donnait les informations tellement vite que nous étions obligés de la faire répéter 3 fois, et avons loupé des informations. Prendre plus son temps permettrait finalement d'en gagner et de satisfaire tout le monde.

لاشي جميل في هاذا المكان ما عدا المواقف
تاخر في تسجيل الدخول رغم انني قدمت الساعه بعد اربع العصر والدخول 3 المفترض .وسبب التأخير ان الغرفه لازالت تتنظف.
وبعد الدخول للغرفه كانت دورة المياه متسخة .الفطور غير متنوع وأصنافه قليله .
