Да, месторасположение норм . Но уже очень устарел бедняжка данный отель и поверьте есть с чем сравнить по этой сети . Месяц назад была в Баку там Holiday inn ( который возле крезент малл ) выглядит достойно , а этот в Тбилиси за 5 лет по ходу ни разу не ремонтировали . Номера премиум класса еще норм , но на ранний заезд мне смогли предоставить только стандартный номер - ну это убожество ребята ((( на бассейне деревянный настил по ходу не знал реновации со дня открытия . Так же дозвониться на рецепшен до заселения , просто не возможно … а в переписке на букинг только автоматический ответ : обратитесь пожалуйста в сервис букинг ((( вообщем кто собирается в Тбилиси , поверьте есть уйма прекрасных отелей за эту же цену а то и дешевле

Персонал не приветливый, не могли мои номера предоставить до 18:00 говорят не готово пришлось сидеть возле ресепшена до вечера хотя брал 5 номеров было готово только 3 номера остальные сидели ждали номер до вечера
