Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück waren nett und freundlich.
Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung: Eine Reinigung fand schlichtweg nicht statt. Das Zimmer wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal sauber gemacht.
Handtücher: Es gab keinerlei Handtuchwechsel.
Klimatisierung: Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Bei den aktuellen heißen Temperaturen ist das absolut unzumutbar.
Service auf dem Zimmer: Die bereitgestellte Wasserflasche wurde nicht ersetzt/aufgefüllt.
Ausstattung: Das Kopfkissen war alt, durchgelegen und von mangelhafter Qualität.

Für den gebotenen Service ist dieses Hotel definitiv viel zu teuer. Ein angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sieht anders aus. Keine Weiterempfehlung.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok kibardı. Tavsiye üzerine gittik ve pişman olmadık. Tekrar gelsem tekrar kalırım. Ormanın içinde huzur dolu bir otel.

Pros:

Waren zu Fuß in 20 Minuten am Kongresszentrum.Abgesehen von Ladesäule alles hervorragend

Cons:

QR Code der E Ladesäule sollte an der Rezeption sein!
Habe schon üble Erfahrungen mit aufgeklebten QR Code gemacht.
Sind halt an Aldi Ladestation gegangen.

Een fijne plek om tot rust te komen aan het eind van de conferentiedagen
Pros:

De hotelkamer ziet er uit als nieuw. Een ruime kamer met een goed bed. Moderne badkamer met regendouche en handdouche. Ruime keuze bij het ontbijt.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal. Tolles Doppelzimmer mit viel Platz obwohl Einzelzimmer gebucht wurde. Im Zimmer alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar Kühlschrank. Blick ins Grüne. Obwohl sehr befahrene Straße direkt am Hotel entlang führt hört man in den Zimmern absolut nichts. Es war einfach perfekt und entspannend.

Cons:

Hätte mir beim tollen Frühstücksbüffet gewünscht dass jemand einen Kaffee bringt oder jemand fragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Eine persönliche Begrüßung wäre hier nett gewesen dann hätte man auch was wegen dem fehlenden Kaffee und später fehlender Milch sagen können. Das hat mich schon sehr geärgert.

Wirklich toll.
Pros:

Die Betten sind sehr gross und bequem. Zimmer sehr geräumig und unseres war nach hinten gelegen, also sehr ruhig. Frühstück frisch und grosszügig.

Cons:

Gab nichts. Wir kommen wieder im Herbst.
