Una experiencia realmente incomoda

Cons:

La señora de las gafas (no la jovencita que ha sido muy amable) debería dedicarse a otra cosa. Nos dieron un turno de desayuno de apenas media hora, de 9:00 a 9:30, algo que ya de por sí me parece absurdo. Llegamos con 10 minutos de retraso y la amable señora nos dijo que pensaba que ya no íbamos a desayunar y que habían cerrado. Después fue a preguntar y finalmente nos dijeron que podían prepararnos un café. Nos sentamos a desayunar con la camarera y otra señora observándonos continuamente para ver cuándo terminábamos. Una experiencia realmente incómoda.

El sitio es bastante decepcionante. La Roca está lejos y las fotos no reflejan bien el entorno real. Sería más apropiado mostrar también la imagen de la gasolinera y del jardín lleno de escombros. Además, la piscina es de pago y hay que reservar previamente. Por el precio que pagamos, se pueden encontrar alojamientos mucho mejores, más agradables y también más baratos en los alrededores. No lo recomendaría para nada. Hemos dormido en 6 hoteles esta semana, sin duda el peor sitio.

Le camere necessitano di più cura,la stanza 210 e apparsa neutra,sciatta triste non all altezza della struttura.Le tende da cambiare con la parte in plastica bucato tanto da far sembrare tutta la tenda,un planetario.Frigo in camera,servizio necessariopercun albergo di questa portata

Vriendelijk personeel en gratis parkeergarage onder het hotel. Gevarieerd Italiaans ontbijt.

Cons:

Oud hotel, met oude inrichting. Maar alles was schoon en functioneert. Geen airconditioning.

Quite a handy location for the via Francigena - right next to a large and excellent Conrad supermarket.
We paid the extra for the pool which was lovely.
The hotel was peaceful and very well maintained.

Pokóǰ spory i przyjemna łazienka. Śniadanie było obfite i smaczne.

Pokój był bardzo nagrzany, poprosiliśmy i otrzymaliśmy wiatraczek. Natomiast skasowano nas za dwukrotne skorzystanie z basenu w kwocie 46 euro. I to nie jest fair bo nie mieliśmy informacji, że klienci bookingu nie mają włączonej opłary za basen w cenę pokoju. Poinformowano nas, że gdybyśmy zamówili pokój przez www. hotelu nie musielibyśmy płacić. A tak wokół to hotel wymaga odświeżenia I dokładniejsze sprzątania. Na balkonie naszego pokoju była pozostałość po imprezie tj. Puste butelki i pety.
