Please note the Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa is completely nonsmoking.

The spa opening hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 06:30 until 22:00
Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays: 08:00 until 20:00


Children's swimming times are as follows:
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 09:00 and 18:00 – 19:30.
During school holidays, 7 days a week: 08:00 until 09:00 daily

To use the swimming pool facilities during 10 am and 6 pm you need to book a 2 hours pool session in advance with the property.

No lifeguard will be present at the pool area.

The property has strict child supervision policies in place.
A deposit may be required at the property.

A great short getaway with friends, facilities were great for the price we paid.
Pros:

breakfast was excellent and swimming pool and spa facilities were great

No fridge in room. No complimentary water. No bathrobes. For a hotel with this rating the items above should be in room ready for occupants.

Pros:

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner very good although quite expensive.

Cons:

There were some very noisy guests partying late at night. This was reported to Reception who to be fair sorted it out very promptly.
Whilst generally a very good stay I felt it was quite expensive.

Beautiful place In
Pros:

The room was amazing. Bed clean an very comfortable. The outside was amazing beautiful views.

Cons:

The pool was for lane swimming only. There were no drinking water but cups were available.
There were empty cups around pool.

Beautiful room and great food at the Lakes restaurant

Cons:

Pool needs updating. Also children 1 hour slot is to be shared with the lane swimmers so all the parents and children were crammed in a tiny space.

Very average accommodation at a high price.

Overall we had a good stay but it was quite hot and we didn’t realise the selected room did not have an aircon.
Pros:

Overall well kept premises with a lovely spa.

Cons:

No aircon in room, can’t have any food at the spa unless pre-ordered

Nice but let down by the spa
Pros:

Room clean. Food options and quality very good. Nice walking route around golf course.

Cons:

Spa facilities are dated and grubby. Loungers all squashed in close together. Needs updating badly. It’s stepping back in time to a spa from the 1980’s.

Alles super en aardig/ goed prrsoneel! Kamers mogen wel wst meer aandacht!

Veel mogelijkheden om te dineren/ lunchen en omgeving!

Cons:

Badkamer vd golf twin was erg verouderd.. randen vd douches kunnen gemakkelijk schoon worden gemaakt wat niet zo was.. voor die prijs misschien toch 5 minuten even tijd nemen om de douchranden en hoeken ook even grondig asnpakken.
Bedden sliepen prima maar waren erg beschadigd aan de buitenkant… geeft een shabby indruk
