Best in the west
Pros:

The hotel is spotless , the staff are the nicest friendliest staff ive ever delt with especially Julie on the front desk, and to top it off hands down thd best pint of Guinness ive ever had 😊 food was stunning too !

A l' habitació hi havia sols un punt de llum que resulta insuficient i incòmode.
L'assecador de cabell estava lligat dins un calaix de la taula de l'habitació i era dificultós poder-se eixugar el cabell amb comoditat.

The smiles says it all.
Pros:

I think the smiling from all the staff. I have been in the business of catering a long time, so its nice to see smiling staff at breakfast time. Couldn't do enough for me.. Everything was fantastic. All of facilities were top notch. Had a wonderful swim in the pool. Just right to finish the day. Lovely dinner also in the Bar to finish. Great staff there too. Love this hotel... I will definitely be back!.

Cons:

There was nothing I DIDNT like. Keep doing what they do.

Très bel hôtel avec très grande chambre pour une famille de 4. Très proche du centre d'athenry, et idéal pour une halte avant Galway et le Connemara

Pros:

The reception staff were extremely polite and helpful .the beds were comfy and spacious

Cons:

There was no soundproofing at all. We could hear the conversation of the guests next door (and they were not loud, just normal chatting). Also, the shower was clogged and flooded.

Bon séjour
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant.
L'accès à la piscine/sauna/hammam/salle de sport est super.
Petit déjeuner très satisfaisant.

Cons:

Salle de bain sommaire.
Rien pour pendre ses serviettes de toilette : nous n'avons pas souhaité de ménage entre 2 nuits, mais difficile de faire sécher 4 serviettes.
