Very happy with it just wouldn bother with breakfast again (as we had to pay extra for that)
Pros:

we were catching a cruise ship so the location to the town and docks were perfect

Cons:

The breakfast was just ok, nothing extra special but people seemed to be enjoying it

Great location and very comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, our room was recently upgraded and excellent, comfortable beds , good breakfasts and a great location to the old and new town.

I understand this is a very old building but the rooms, carpeting etc are in need of upgrading

It was only for one night!
Pros:

The location was ideal for red funnel ferry and city centre.
The staff were polite
There was onsite parking

Cons:

It was a very old hotel, it is need of some tlc, the shower didn't work very well, the water pressure was very low, the bath moved, the bed and floorboards were very creaky. It was very noisy from the road noise as the room was at the front of the building. The windows were only single glazed.

Would not stay again but good location and cheap if you don’t care about comfort or

It was close to the harbour for the cruise and located in the centre the manager was friendly and helpful cheap and able to park while time for the cruise at a good price

Cons:

It was extremely run down we were ‘upgraded’ but the room was not great at all, the rooms were extremely dated and paint was peeling off the wall mirror was hanging off the wall and coming apart beds were uncomfortable. My friend woke up with bites after sleeping in the bed I slept in a separate bed and did not have any.
