The hotel’s advertised in-room Wi-Fi is effectively unavailable. We had six devices between us, and none could maintain a connection for more than a minute in the room. Staff repeatedly claimed the router had been restarted and a technician contacted, but the issue remained unresolved, suggesting a structural problem rather than a temporary fault. We also experienced openly aggressive and misleading communication from a staff member, who presented the situation as our fault and caused further wasted time.

The hotel is well located, and correcting the advertised Wi-Fi service would be a simple but important improvement. However, Booking.com should also take responsibility for ensuring that advertised facilities are accurately represented and actually available. The hotel can decide how it manages its staff, but the platform should not allow a service to be advertised when guests cannot reasonably use it.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach spitze! Zahlreiche Restaurants, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Waren das zweite mal im Hotel. Das erste mal war alles super, aber diesmal war das Zimmer extrem klein und bot kaum Platz für unser Gepäck.
