Pros:

La ubicación es muy justa a las necesidades de un viajero, ya que queda cercano a la plaza de armas de Puno y sobre una via principal. La habitación esta completamente dotada, limpia y muy cómoda. Hizo de nuestra estania un descanso perfecto. El desayuno es tipo buffet muy rico y debido a nuestro recojo tan temprano nos yudaron abiendo cocina mas temprano de lo usual

Localização excelente em Puno
Pros:

Localização excelente, um quarteirão da Plaza de Armas, equipe atenciosa, café bom, quarto espaçoso e deixaram guardar as malas no check out

Cons:

El desayuno nos ha gustado mucho, es variado y de calidad. El personal muy atento y amable. La habitación es muy amplia.

Cons:

La WiFi fallaba a veces. Echamos de menos algún enchufe cercano a las camas, para cargar el celular. Nos habría gustado un espejo en la habitación, aunque no es algo imprescindible. Solo había uno en el baño. Quizás otra silla para colocar la ropa, solo había una. También deberían poner en el baño un cartel para sí deseamos o no cambio de toallas,, como hacen ya en muchos hoteles, pues no es necesario cambiarlas a diario.

I had a wonderful stay at Casona Plaza Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was very good, and on the morning of my early departure they even prepared a to-go breakfast bag for me, which was a thoughtful touch that I really appreciated.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, spotless sheets, reliable hot showers, and fast, stable WiFi throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just steps from Plaza Mayor, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

The standout feature for me was the heater in the room. Wow! It made such a difference during the cold nights and made my stay especially comfortable. Overall, Casona Plaza Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Le buffet du déjeuner est très bien garni et diversifié
Les lits sont confortables.

Cons:

Nous avons demandé un déjeuner à emporter (car nous devions partir très tôt) et tout ce que nous avons reçu était un pauvre petit sandwich avec le pain ultra industriel (sans même les croûtes !), avec une tranche de fromage et une tranche de... viande ? Pas de beurre, de margarine, ou quoique ce soit d'autre dans le sandwich. Il y avait aussi une mandarine, un petit jus et une petite barre tendre... vu tout ce que le buffet traditionnel propose, c'est êtremement décevant.

Pros:

Absolutely brilliant location… just at tra start of the walking street and one block from the main square. Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable with nice beds, clean linen and soft towels. Plenty of hot water and good air conditioning. Breakfast was pretty much how it is in 3 star hotels in Peru… average… but you shouldn’t expect anything but that once you’ve been there a while lol.

Hotel ótimo com equipe muito prestativa

A localização foi muito boa por ser perto da praça principal de Puno e por haver várias opções de restaurantes próximo ao hotel. Nossa passagem foi rápida e estratégica por Puno e o hotel nos serviu muito bem. O hotel atendeu prontamente nosso pedido de guardar as malas por um dia, pois visitamos e dormimos nas ilhas Uros

Great location. Comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Fabulous location on the walking street, one block from Plaza de Armas. Room was comfortable, good water pressure, hot water, soft towels. Comfy bed and pillows. Good air con. Friendly staff. Happy hour drinks 2x 1 each afternoon. Breakfast the usual, bread , cheese, cold meat, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee tea.
