it was overall a lovely stay for a family of three with a baby
Pros:

we loved the location and the fact that outside the hotel was a promenade/walking trail and plenty of amenities to do with family minutes drive within the town, we also enjoyed the leisure club

Cons:

kettles need a clean to remove limescale, sound proofing between rooms could be improved and elevator was a tight squeeze with a stroller

Lovely comfortable, clean and central hotel.
Pros:

It was clean with big open spaces and lovely outside terraces. My bedroom was big and had lots of mirrors. I really liked the hydration stations & the option to not clean your room daily to help the environment a little. The location is great, right beside the river and prom and walkable distance to everything.

Great stay in The Riverside - friendly staff all around, making our stay even better. Great bar food, service and comfortable rooms. Close proximity to the town. Pool facilities also brilliant

Excellent hotel, highly professional staff.
Pros:

Excellent staff, very friendly and welcoming. Great selection of breakfast, excellent bar and great selection of bar food, reasonably priced, room was very clean and modern, swimming pool was great, and our 5 year old son who has autism was loving the kids' pool. The leisure staff were very understanding of our son's needs. Great location, a stone's throw away from Enniscorthy town centre and within walking distance of the railway station. Perfect destination for a family getaway.

Cons:

Disability access was underground. Would have been ideal to have a ramp at the front of the hotel.
