I am writing to share feedback regarding my client’s recent stay at your hotel (Room 145).

Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding regarding the check-out time. My client was not aware that check-out was at 11:00 AM, and she received a call asking her to vacate the room, which caused inconvenience and frustration.
At the same time, she had a scheduled spa appointment and due to the situation, she was not able to properly prepare or have time to shower.

Amazing stay. Absolutely worth it

We felt super welcomed, and it’s hard to point specific things that stood out, but the overall experience was one of the best we’ve ever had.

Loved it, it was wonderful. Highly recommended and we’ll most probably come back!
Pros:

Charming little borgo in the Chianti area. Very well maintained and with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great for a relaxing holiday, for both couples and families.

Cons:

I would only improve the tastiness of the food, this is specifically referred to the restaurant Poggio Rosso. It was definitely not our best meal in Tuscany.
