Pros:

Close to the airport

Cons:

Tv wasn’t working properly. For 2 guests we only had a pillow apiece. Only 1 towel and no wash clothes. I had to keep asking for towels and wash clothes. They gave me floor towels and hand towels to bathe with. That was unacceptable. They finally gave us a different room the tv was finally working properly but still only one towel in the room. Plus the pool was dirty with bugs and oily film.

The beds were full of hair, the bathroom needed for towels for the floor, the pool needed to clean and the staff needed to be more friendly and more accommodating to families

Such a big hotel NO ROOM SERVICE,WHEN YOU ENTER THE HOTEL AFTER GETTING INTO THE ROOM NOBODY IS THERE TO HELP YOU WITH THE LUGGUAGE....2 LADIES ARE JUST SITTING BEHIND THE RECEPTION...THIS IS MY 4TH TIME VISITING THIS PLACE AND I HAD TO STAY THERE FOR MORE THEN 48 HOURS USALLY ITS A SHORT STAY SO NO WORIES BUT THIS TIME WAS AWFULL REALLY BAD EXPERIENCES...

What I really liked about the property was the authentic Trinidadian food. The traditional Trinidadian breakfast options are a definite plus, though breakfast could benefit from more variety, especially in side items, and quality can vary depending on the cook. When well prepared, it is very tasty. Lunch was consistently delicious and a highlight of my stay.

Dinner could be improved with more variety beyond fried foods, including more traditional Trinidadian dishes, lighter options, and fresh sides. The kitchen also closes too early, which can be inconvenient for late arrivals or guests returning in the evening.

Staff

The staff are very friendly, warm, welcoming, and accommodating, always willing to assist guests when needed. Their hospitality is one of the strongest aspects of the property.

Security

Security is a strong point and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

Overall Impression

Overall, the property has strong potential thanks to its authentic local atmosphere, good security, and hospitable staff. Improving food variety, extending kitchen hours, and enhancing room amenities would further elevate the guest experience.

Cons:

The room could use several improvements. More washcloths and towels should be provided, along with better-quality blankets and more toiletries. The room was also dusty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Additionally, the A/C remote did not work at all, which made controlling the room temperature inconvenient. Overall, better attention to cleanliness, comfort, and basic room amenities would greatly improve the guest experience.
