Cons:

Me hicieron esperar mas de una hora en el aeropuerto para llevarme al hotel
Del menu del restaurante solo tenian una opcion para cenar y en el desayuno el restaurante no funciono asi que me quede sin desayuno

My stay here was not what I expected, starting off I booked a room for 2 but only had 1 towel in the room, requested another towel and waited over an hour for another one, I ended up having to go for it myself at the front desk. Decided to go out the pool and requested 2 more towels and was told to use the ones from my room and they will send 2 more when I get back in, I was not happy with that but I said ok. The pool was cloudy and dirty. Got back to my room after about 3 hours and the AC was not coming on, it showed EC on the unit, I went to the reception area and informed them about it, was told they would come check it so I waited about 5 minutes for someone to come take a look however after checking it we were told it can't be fixed right now so we would have ti change rooms. Walked back to the reception area to find out what room was available and was asked if I can give them 15 minutes to organize another room for us, the lady informed me that she will come get us when it is ready. Waited 45 minutes then went out to check if the room was avail as yet and was told it is being cleaned, got back to the room and waited another 45minutes before going back out to the reception area to then be given a room key, I was so annoyed that they had us sitting in this hot congested room for over an hour without any kind of consideration. Got a room next to the previous room we were in and every time the toilet flushed it smelled like a sewer. Overall the service could've been better and the accommodation could've been better as well. It just felt like I paid for a nice bed because the TV was just for show, nothing worked, we were even told that by the receptionist. Also to mention, this was supposed to be a birthday celebration so all these incidents just dampened the day.

Cons:

There was stagnant water in the bar area near the pool, containing trash and other debris. This was one of the main reasons one of my friends decided not to use the pool.

Ok for a night for an early morning flight
Pros:

Only plus was the shuttle to the airport. Room was in a far corner of the hotel, extremely basic and did not meet expectations.

Cons:

Overall room was clean but had a bit of musty odor. Found a bed bug on one of the beds.
Hotel did not offer free coffee in the lobby expected USD 2 for a cup. No coffee pot in room. Just 1 bath towel, no hand or face towels. Hot water took for ever and then it was warm not hot.
Had dinner in the hotel, had ok choices. Staff was not very friendly or warm.
If it was not for the vicinity to the airport would not have stayed at this property.
At 4am we were the only riders in the private car (shuttle).
Cannot compare to any 3 star hotel/motel in USA, this was more like a 1 star motel.
