Flawless Experience and Incredible Breakfast
Pros:

An exceptional stay at the Tomtom, 5 stars without a second thought! Everything was absolutely perfect, starting with a remarkable welcome. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout the stay. Special mention for the breakfast: very varied, excellent, and served in a stunning room offering a panoramic view of the entire city. I highly recommend it.

The rooms were very spacious with lovely high ceilings and wooden floors. The bed was also really comfortable and the bathroom great

Cons:

Some rooms including ours looked out onto a courtyard but it really didn’t matter as we were out all day. The restaurant also just offered a very expensive tasting menu - again not a real problem as we chose to eat out as didn’t fancy the fuss of a tasting fancy meal.

Memorable first visit to Istanbul. When we return we would plan to stay at Tomtom Suites. It was a really good home base

The location was quiet and yet central enough. The room was excellent because it was spacious, well lit with windows, the bathroom was modern and clean. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was fantastic.

Mixed messages from staff. We asked to arrange for breakfast the day before we checked out. They asked us to confirm our order when we returned to the hotel. When we got back to the hotel, they said it was too late to order breakfast

An excellent luxury boutique hotel.
Pros:

The accommodation is excellent, and so are the facilities. The employees were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay.

Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

The Tomtom is the epitome of good hospitality. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast featured a dozen delicious items, including fresh pastries. The building itself (a former convent) is full of character and charm. The location is perfect - on a quiet side street yet close to several lively neighbourhoods.

Pros:

Beautiful Hotel with Exceptional Rooms and Dining

Tomtom is a beautiful hotel, and our room was absolutely magnificent — very spacious, elegant, and impeccably decorated in a modern style. The leather sitting area was gorgeous, complemented by large contemporary artwork and high-quality furniture that made the room feel both sophisticated and very comfortable.

The bathroom was equally impressive, extremely spacious, with a large bathtub and lovely Molton Brown amenities.

Breakfast was outstanding, with a wonderful selection of Turkish specialties served in small plates, along with made-to-order egg dishes.

We also had the opportunity to dine at Nicole, the hotel’s restaurant, where we enjoyed a five-course tasting menu paired with regional wines. It was an exceptional dining experience and a perfect complement to our stay.

A beautiful, stylish hotel with wonderful attention to detail. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

What really made our trip special was the incredible hospitality. The team was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived. A huge thank you for the complimentary room upgrade, it was such a thoughtful gesture that elevated our entire stay.

The staff from reception to the roof top restaurant are very friendly and helpful, great communication even before the checkin. Rooms as they are in the photos and then some.

The extra details also turn this place into something special, tips and tea and pillow spray for a goodnight sleep, pillow options, evening music on the TV, bath salts. We had a lovely welcome letter for us as it was an anniversary trip.

It's close enough to all the action, while being on quiet street. Nearby shops and lovely cafes.
