Personal war freundlich und endlich wurde begonnen die Sitzgelegenheiten aus Leder zu reinigen. Das war überfällig.

Das WC-Becken im Zimmer müsste dringend mit Kalk-bzw. WC- Reiniger bearbeitet werden. Von weitem sieht man dass dunkle und rote Kalkablagerungen…

Excellent
Pros:

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn stop, just one stop from the city centre and on a direct route to Munich airport. The room size is what you would expect in a European city but more than sufficient to wind down and have a good sleep, after a long day of walking around Munich, the hotel being in a nice, quiet area.

What really made the hotel stand out though was its people. Everyone from the reception staff to the bar staff were both polite and very friendly, I had good conversation and laugh with some of them and the bar staff quickly knew of my evening order of English Breakfast tea with milk.

I had a number of airline related issues on my trip including lost luggage, followed by a cancelled flight, which stranded me in Germany for a few more days. Thankfully however I knew somewhere I could be comfortable and welcomed, so naturally I booked back into the hotel for my extended stay, the hotel understanding of my situation even allowed me to check back in a little earlier.

Gut geeignet für einen kurzen Städtetrip
Pros:

Lage ein bisschen außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, aber nah am Deutschen Museum und an der Isar, also besonders im Sommer sehr schön! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auf jeden Fall angemessen. Das Frühstück ist auch gut.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war im Hochsommer nicht allzu stark, aber dennoch akzeptabel.
