Cons:

Cama desconfortável, bastante barulho pois é localizado bem na avenida (então sempre está passando transporte), chuveiro ruim, internet não funciona então não dá para usar a tv para assistir Netflix

Pros:

Habitacion amplia y confortable, estacionamiento comodo, buen baño y ducha, excelente piscina, sauna , yacuzzi, escritorio en la habitacion, el desayuno muy bueno, variado y nunca tiene faltantes de lo ofrecido

Cons:

Que no tenga cafetera y pocillos en la habitacion, ya que el establecimiento no cuenta con servicio de bar y comidas y no hay cafeterias cercanas, no podes tomar ni un te cuando cierran el desayunador a las 10AM, por eso no colmo mi espectativas de un hotel con pretencion de 3 estrellas

Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado. Os funcionários são prestativos e educados. O café da manhã oferece uma grande variedade de opções. Dispõe de estacionamento na área externa e subterrânea do prédio. Quarto aconchegante, camas confortáveis, banheiros grandes. Serviço de limpeza ótimo.

Cons:

O Wi-Fi no 1° andar não funcionava muito bem devido a um problema com o repetidor de sinal. Na recepção, área de piscina e área de café da manhã funciona normalmente.

Unico ponto de atencao, que nao tem a ver diretamente com o servico prestado, eh a localizacao, uma vez que pode ser dificil conseguir carro de aplicativo para algum compromisso.

O atendimento dos recepcionistas excelente.

Higiene e limpeza excelente

Cons:

Embora não dá muito tempo para assistir algo na TV mas no meu caso, como tive esse tempinho fiquei decepcionada por não ter TV a cabo, Netflix pois a programação da TV aberta não é agradável.
