La amabilidad del personal y el desayuno con productos sencillos pero bien elegidos, con buena calidad. El hotel es un edificio muy pintoresco, cantándose de un palacete del siglo IX.

We found the Montsegur an excellent place to stay for visiting the old fortified city of Carcassonne
Pros:

Our host, who seemed to do most of the work but did it efficiently and professionally, was great. Very friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful and very conveniently located.

Cons:

There were no particular downsides to our stay.

Carcassonne est à voir une fois, sans forcément avoir de coup de coeur obligé pour la ville.
Pros:

Pas pris le petit déjeuner...L'hôtel est de standing moyen mais avec du charme.

Cons:

L'environnement est assez bruyant , mais cela n'est pas du ressort de l'hôtelier.

Cons:

Location was further from the old town than we orginally thought, but it was closer to the new town. It is possible to walk to the old city (2,5km). Walking to the new town is no problem at all
