Pros:

No se utilizó esta reserva,porque cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que no la tenian en su sistema.

Y que ellos tenia el hotel completo, cosa que era mentira porque cuando estaba buscando alojamiento para el otro dia , salían habitaciones.


Hice la reclamación espero mi devolución

Esa reserva estaba confirmada y pagada
Y estaba con dos niños, para que me digan que no podían solucionarlo

Que está cerca del paseo marítimo y de la playa

Cons:

Pues nos dieron al principio una habitación que no coincidía con las fotos de booking y era súper pequeña la habitación, la puerta de la terraza estaba rota, y la habitación era muy vieja y nos cambiaron a otra que está un poco mejor y se estuvo mejor

Finde de playa agradable.
Pros:

La ubicación era perfecta, muy céntrico y cercano a la playa. El hotel es muy básico y antiguo pero todo es muy cómodo. La cama nos encantó.

Cons:

No tuvimos facilidad para entrar antes de las 15:00H como tienen previsto el check in y habíamos viajado pronto para aprovechar el día. Si entramos a esa hora el último día deberíamos de haber salido a la misma hora y no teniendo la obligación de salir como mucho a las 12:00H. El aire no enfría mucho ya que estaba muy sucio por dentro como comprobamos.

Un hotel demasiado sobrevalorado para dos estrellas
Pros:

Lo único que diría que me gustó más fue el colchón porque era cómodo, el resto, todo muy mejorable.

Cons:

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, al llegar encontramos debajo de la cama una colilla. El baño olía muy fuerte y al decirlo en la recepción nos dijeron que no podían cambiarnos porque no había más habitaciones, echaron un producto en el baño y se cortó. Pero a las horas de nuevo olía. Las almohadas muy malas, el personal bastante desagradable en general, desde el primero al último que encontramos en esos turnos. No hay nevera en la habitación para mantener el agua fría. Y muy ruidoso todo por la mañana, la limpieza va moviendo el carrito y parece que se oye dentro de la habitación. No lo volveremos a coger, prefiero pagar algo más y estar en un sitio en condiciones.
