Hotel was locked, late check-in ignored, left us on the street at night with no access.

The worst experience. We informed the hotel in advance via chat about our late arrival (around 20:00+). We arrived at 21:58 — the hotel was completely locked, dark, and closed. No one answered messages, and no door code or key box instructions were provided. We were left on the street in the middle of the night and had to urgently find and pay for another place to sleep. Total lack of customer service and responsibility.

Vriendelijk personeel, maar een vieze en slecht onderhouden kamer en badkamer.
Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dit was de enige pluspunt, en de locatie.

Cons:

De kamer rook vreselijk en was niet goed schoongemaakt. Er hingen spinnenwebben en op de kozijnen zat schimmel. Vooral de badkamer was ronduit smerig. De wc-bril zat los, de wastafel hing los en de douchecabine was zeer vies. De kamer en badkamer hebben dringend grondige schoonmaak en onderhoud nodig.

Je n'étais pas informé au moment de la réservation que l'établissement était fermé le dimanche et le lundi matin. Pas de restaurant le dimanche soir ni petit déjeuner le lundi matin. Aucun contact humain en dehors d'un SMS m'informant d'un code d'accès à l'hôtel.

C’était notre halte pendant des années on y mangeait très bien hélas ça n’a plus rien à voir on y reviendra plus
