Teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba.
En el piso de mi habitación había una poza de agua que salía desde otra habitación, estuvo así practicamente las 3 noches de estadía.
Ventana de habitación no sellaba bien.

Buena alternativa de alojamiento
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación y personal excelente

Cons:

Varias fallas en el edificio, filtración de agua en el pasillo del piso 7 e inundado. Agua turbia cuando llegue, la descarga de aguas servidas mala, ruidos extraños durante la noche.
