Pros:

La vista de la habitaciónxxs espectacular, sin embargo, se escuchaba el ruido exterior, le falta invertir en aislante de ruido.

Cons:

La atención del primer recepcionista al ingreso fue un tanto impersonal, no revisó que tenía reserva y que había pedido una atención especial con anticipación por estar de aniversario. No le importó, al parecer no revisó infor.ación de reservas de booking ni correo enviado al hotel y contestado.

Buena atencion, pero hay detalles que harian una atención excelente

Limpio y ordenado, pieza amplia pero el refrigerador no tenia nada para consumir y eso es un poco desalentador porque hace que debas salir a comprar

Salir a comprar bebestibles porque en la pieza no habían, tampoco había hervidor ni cafe como antes, el televisor es my antiguo y no soporta app para streaming y menu muy reducido

Descanso sin ruidos y buena temperatura

Cons:

Cajones de mueble donde se encuentra el TV, se abrían solos y frente a un sismo, la tendencias es movilizarnos en la oscuridad y frente a este inconveniente es fácil tropezar, apeló a la seguridad que debe mantener el hotel

Cons:

dentro de la oferta mencionaban que habia piscina temperada y sala de sauna y al llegar al lugar no estaba habilitado y mencionaron que no tendrian esos servicios. Por otro lado, el gimnasio contaba solo con 3 maquinas.
