Falta preocupación
Pros:

El aseo. Todo impecable.

Cons:

No quisieron habilitar el aire acondicionado a pesar de ser una de las principales comodidades promocionadas por la habitación. Llamamos para que lo arreglaran y cito la respuesta que nos dieron: "abra un poco las ventanas". De no creer. Veces anteriores hemos venido en la misma época y todo bien. Una lástima.

La atención, seguridad y la ubicación.

Cons:

El agua no salía caliente, el refrigerador no enfriaba nada, se mojaba mucho el baño cuando uno se bañaba, y no tenía smart tv, un hotel tan moderno sin smart, eso le resta mucho, muchas gracias

la ubicación era la que yo deseaba, el desayuno muy bueno, restaurante tambien y mucha calidez y cordialidad en el personal. Todo limpio. Uso siempre DA a la ciudad a la que viaje. Me gusta la cadena.
