Top Hotel mit super Lage und top Aussichtsterrasse

Zimmergröße , Sauberkeit, Parkmöglichkeiten, Lage, Freundlichkeit, Rooftopbar

Cons:

Rooftopbar am Sonntag geschlossen. Hotelgäste sollten dennoch Zugang haben und ggf. Getränke unten aus dem Automaten nutzen können bzw. oben einen Automaten aufstellen, wenn es kein Personal gibt aus Personalmangel. Die Aussichtsterrasse ist das Highlight des Hotels. Frühstücksbuffet sollte von der Wand weg, zu eng und zu lange Wartezeit, wenn es voll ist. Frische Waffeln sind zu groß, lieber kleiner oder halbieren, Dritteln, regelmäßig backen und hinstellen, Wartezeit zu lange. Gäste sollten am Tisch gefragt werden, 8n sie eine frische Eierspeisen möchten und gebracht bekommen. Für ein 4 Sterne plus Haus ist die Auswahl zu gewöhnlich hinsichtlich Käse und Aufschnitt.

Sehr gutes und familienfreundliches Hotel
Pros:

Super Lage direkt am Hbf und nahe zum Cruise Terminal, sehr gutes Frühstück, großzügiges Zimmer, schöne Rooftop-Bar

Cons:

Matratze war leider schon sehr durchgelegen

Top Hotel, in bester Lage.
Pros:

ABsolut Freundliches, Kompetentes, jeder Hilfsbereites Personal mit nützlichen Tipps und dem nötigen Lächeln. Das Frühüstücksbuffett ist das beste was ich je in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Auch die Zimmer sind groß geschnitten und mehr als ordentlich ausgestattet. Auch der Sauna- und Fitnessbereicht ist sehr solide und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Einzig der fehlende Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer.
