Overall stay was good except for minor discomforts but it was manageable. Not sure if the room size justifies the cost.
Pros:

Property location is awesome, easy to connect to metro trains and lots of restaurants around. Bed was comfortable and the entire place was very clean. Bathroom was very clean with good shower. Morning breakfast was okay but good value for money, same breakfast items everyday, if you are in a hurry good for a quick grab, otherwise visit a nearby bakery. Staff speaks English if you need help. They are also very kind and polite. Good house keeping service.

Cons:

They have setup the AC to not to go below 23 degrees and it can be uncomfortable at night. Only one person with a big suitcase can fit in the elevator at a time. If you are a big person toilet seat can be challenging, it is cramped in a small space. Bed is comfortable but the length is short, for a six feet tall person your ankle will be out of the bed.

A welcoming, comfortable stay
Pros:

Everyone was very nice to me, a visitor with a handicap on crutches. They made a point to give me an easy to reach room. I was also surprised that this inexpensive facility has an elevator. And air conditioning! And the bed was good - I fell asleep immediately and slept all night every night.

Just about met our needs for a stop off in Paris.
Pros:

The room was clean and in a good location for our walk to Gare de Lyon next day. The staff were welcoming. Although small, the bathroom was well appointed and had a good shower.

Cons:

The public areas needed refreshing - the carpet had seen better days. The room was on the small side, even for Paris.

Perfektes Hotel für Paris
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt für uns nah an der Metro und man ist doch schnell in Paris. Alles was man benötigt unmittelbar in der Nähe. Supermärkte, Bäckereien und Cafés sowie Bistro’s und Restaurants

Cons:

Es könnte etwas sauberer sein bei der Kaffeemaschine war noch ein bis 2 Haare und es steckte eine alte Kapsel noch drinnen. Die Toilette war extrem eng man konnte sich kaum hinsetzen und musste die Beine extrem zusammen legen das ist etwas sehr unglücklich geplant worden.

It was a good position for rail station.
Cons:

Room felt small , perhaps due to dark ceiling
There was an intermittent buzzing noise all night . I guess something to do with electric door lock . So tired from travel , couldn’t face reporting and changing rooms .

Great stay in a vibrant neighbourhood
Pros:

The hotel was extremely accommodating as we needed to change the date of our trip. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are cute and quiet and the coffee machine and milk were a bonus. We loved the neighbourhood which has plenty of cafes and bars.

Pratique pour un court séjour
Pros:

L'emplacement était idéal et le personnel très agréable. La chambre était confortable et pratique pour 1-2 nuits.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de vraie armoire pour ranger ses affaires, mais rien de très dérangeant.
