Pros:

Convenient and comfortable hotel for our stay between trains into Gare du Nord and out of Gare de Lyon. Given the usual price of hotel rooms in Paris, it was good value. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Everything was fine. Others may like to note that the lift to the upper floors is useful but extremely small. Just one person at a time with a modest sized case!

Je compte bien y retourner pour mes prochains passages à Paris.
Pros:

La chambre était petite, comme beaucoup de chambres d'hôtel à Paris, mais c'était propre et elle offrait tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Une machine à café était à disposition, la literie était confortable, et un petit espace de rangement permettait d'organiser facilement ses affaires.
La salle de bain, bien pensée, offrait suffisamment d'espace pour s'y déplacer aisément.
Le personnel professionnel et accueillant.
Emplacement parfait pour tout déplacement, soit à pieds que avec les transport.
Tout ce dont j'avais besoin y était.

Hôtel parfait pour visiter Paris
Pros:

J'ai été très bien accueillie à l'arrivée. La chambre est fonctionnelle, bien décorée, la climatisation fonctionne bien, le lit est confortable. Les fenêtres coupent parfaitement des bruits de la rue, ce qui fait que malgré les bars et cafés attenants, il n'y a pratiquement aucun bruit extérieur. Cerise sur le gâteau, il y a une machine à café.
Le quartier est quelque peu animé, mais pas trop, ce qui est agréable après avoir visité le centre.

Lovely area and comfortable stay, albeit small
Pros:

The location was super convenient with metro and bus stations just short walks away (Charonne and Faidherbe-Chaligny). I was surprised that it’s also a bustling area with really good, trendy restaurants both French and international. The hotel room and building are small like most Paris properties but kept clean everyday. My room had 2 beautiful windows looking out the street. The lift is small like typical Parisian buildings, can fit 2 people or 1 person + 1 luggage. The front desk is 24 hours.

Cons:

Small bathroom and small room floor area made it a bit difficult to move around and store luggage.

Great find!
Pros:

Stayed for a night. Very friendly 24/7 front desk receptionists. Room was very clean, comfortable, good temperature and had a coffee machine with coffee pods provided (and tea). Good sized bathroom with shower cubicle.
Excellent location near to lots of restaurants ,metro and other amenities.

Cons:

Lift was very small and narrow . not a problem for me but maybe for the claustrophobic.

Worth the money
Pros:

The bed was large and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the rooms were cleaned quickly. Great AC within the the reception & rooms!

Cons:

Very small lift and only 1 on the property. No AC in the hallways and it was very hot. Very tiny rooms

Tout est bien pensé. La literie est confortable, le personnel est très aimable, les fenêtres isolent très bien de la rue et la climatisation fonctionne bien.
