Pros:

Abdullah and his team were excellent, he arranged airport pickup as well as balloon ride and return taxi. Without any flaws. His team bent over backwards to accommodate my 4 girls and wife's requirements.

Breakfast is amazing, the spread is brilliant definitely try the fresh honey and hot turkish Gözleme...

Only bad side I would say is not having a restaurant- but guess there is no need as there are 100s of food restaurants & cafes literally less than 3mins walk away.. from Michelin star right down to a burger king.

From their roof top terrace at sunrise you can virtually touch the hot air baloons flying around the hotels before they go off to the valleys.

Not having a restaurant for the evening; but there is a delivery service from local restaurants.

Staff was awesome, every single one of them! Doga, the only name I could remember, thank you for your kindness!

The spot, the terrace, the breakfast, everything was beautiful.

Cons:

The basic problem was the fact that next to our room there was the room of the housekeepers, who were working , running, talking from early in the morning till afternoon. It was very noisy , not comfortable at all. I guess it depends on your luck with the room you'll get.

Also, the cave style rooms are of course beautiful and interesting, but there is always a smell, especially from the bathroom, because of the humidity and the fact that they are cooped up. That is a big disadvantage.
