"I am beyond disappointed with my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Toronto. For the premium price they charge, the experience was a total failure.

The service was completely lacking—staff were indifferent and unprofessional, which is the last thing you expect from this brand. The room itself was dated, and it felt like they are cutting corners everywhere while still charging luxury rates.

The service at this property is a disgrace to the Ritz-Carlton name. Instead of the expected hospitality, I was met with an air of snobbery and arrogance from the staff that made the entire stay uncomfortable. The 'servants' and front-line employees acted as if they were doing me a favor by assisting me, displaying a level of elitism that is both misplaced and unprofessional. For a hotel that prides itself on service, the behavior here is nothing short of hostile and dismissive

The management showed zero interest in resolving my concerns, making me feel like just another credit card number rather than a valued guest. I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels, and this was easily the worst value for money I’ve ever experienced. Save your money and go to the Four Seasons or Shangri-La instead. I will never return.

Great place, 9/10 there is always room for improvement.

Perfect it pays to have the bonus for the better room. Staff were engaging. Views from 20th floor wonderful.
