La comodidad pero la cama estaba en mal estado el colchón

La cama infantil es un chiste. Aparte estaba llenas de pelo y sucias de los inquilinos previos. La tv nunca funciono correctamente se nos cambió por otra de una habitación contigua y tampoco. Por lo menos la persona de mantenimiento era amable

Trate de comunicarme por telefono con el hotel al numero que aparece en la Plataforma +56 55245800 pero fue imposible , Tambien escribi a la plataforna y no tuve respuesta.. El motivo : Mi viaje venia retrasado y llegaria al hotel pasada la media noche.
