Muy mal descanso

La ubicación del hotel

Cons:

Reserve por booking , el alojamiento fue para mi marido mi hijo de 10 años y yo , y la explicación de booking aparece como una cama grande y una pequeña , cuando llego me doy cuenta que la “cama pequeña” es un escritorio que se saca y hay la mitad de un colchón , muy incómodo mi hijo se pegaba en la madera del borde del escritorio , al final tuve que dormir ahí , y al día siguiente como no pude hacer la devolución del segundo de día de estadía por desconformidad , dormimos los 3 en la cama de dos plazas , porque nos dieron otra habitación con un sofá que se hacía cama que era más pequeño que una plaza y corto , donde los pies de mi hijo quedan colgando porque el final del sofá es más bajo . La estadía estuvo demasiado incómodo y es lamentable que piensen que un niño menor de 12 años tenga que dormir en una colchón tan duro y pequeño ( aproximadamente la mitad de una plaza ) . No saqué fotos pero nos quedamos en la habitación 808 y 208

Todo, desde la coordinación de los estacionamientos, el ruido nocturno de lo que parecia ser una lavadora dentro del edificio, hasta las tohallas diminutas para 2 personas, horrible, increible que ibis calama tenga mejor calidad uno pensaría que es lo contrario, no volvería jamas a ibis antofagasta
