This is a fancy hotel, some of the decor may be slightly off-putting. The bed in a single room was great, firm. Carpeted floors, fairly well sound-proofed room.
The thermostat only cooled down to 22 Celsius, and it was a bit noisy.
The initial administrator was somewhat snobbish, which is a regular problem with Ukrainian hotels, the staff often think they are top dog. Very limited accessories in the bathroom.

A very elegant hotel in the heart of the downtown. And not too far from the river. The care and attention to detail shows - elegance and quality. Worthy of Dnipro, which is itself an unexpected surprise, despite the tribulations of the war. There were simply no rough edges, nothing abrasive, Congratulations to staff and management keeping this standard so high in the current circumstances.

Quite fancy, elegant to a degree. Comfortable bed. Good facilities. The staff were quite helpful with me leaving stuff in the room, which I recovered several hours after checking out.
The two coffee capsules were not for free and I wound up having to pay for them. No bath in the standard room, however, which is quite disappointing.
