Kind and attentive staff, spacious room, cozy bed, great location. Just needs a fan for warm nights.
Pros:

The staff were the highlight of the stay. They were attentive, helpful and kind throughout. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is very good and makes it easy to do pretty much anything in the city.

Cons:

The room had no ceiling fan or any way to cool down. Bogotá is usually cool, but we had a warm night and my sleep was affected. Adding at least a ceiling fan would be a great improvement. Everything else was great.

La amabilidad

Cons:

Las toallas estaban muy desgastadas y una tenia huecos, el sifón de la tina se le veía la corrocion, al igual que algunas partes del baño, la llave del lavamanos tenia goteras.
La habitación estaba al lado del cuarto de aseo y se escuchaba mucho ruido.

Al momento de estacionar en el parqueadero no habia un orden adecuado.
