Je partage mon expérience suite à un séjour de deux nuits à Montpellier dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. Mon constat est sans appel : le service et l'hygiène ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur.
1️⃣ Première nuit : une odeur insupportable et aucune réactivité
Dès mon arrivée, une forte odeur de poisson flottait dans la chambre. J'ai immédiatement contacté la réception, qui a envoyé un technicien. Ne comprenant pas l'origine du problème, ce dernier s'est contenté de faire couler l'eau et de vaporiser un désodorisant. Deux heures plus tard, l'odeur étant toujours aussi tenace, j'ai dû rappeler. On m'a renvoyé le même technicien et j'ai été contrainte de laisser ma porte de chambre grande ouverte pour aérer. Malgré cela, la nuit a été particulièrement désagréable.
2️⃣ Deuxième nuit : l'indifférence de la réception
Le lendemain matin, je signale à nouveau que la situation est inchangée. Face à l'absence totale de solution proposée par le personnel, j'ai dû prendre l'initiative de faire mes bagages et d'exiger soit un changement de chambre, soit le remboursement de ma deuxième nuit. On m'a finalement changé de chambre à 17h (qui, elle, sentait bon).
Le vrai problème : À aucun moment le personnel ne s'est excusé pour la gêne occasionnée, et aucun geste commercial ne m'a été spontanément proposé pour cette première nuit gâchée.
3️⃣ L'hygiène laisse à désirer
Pour couronner le tout, j'ai retrouvé sous le lit de la seconde chambre un caleçon usagé et un stick à lèvres (Labello) appartenant à un précédent client. Vu la couche de poussière accumulée, le ménage complet de cette chambre n'avait visiblement pas été fait depuis au moins une semaine.
En conclusion
Je suis extrêmement déçue par la gestion de mon séjour.

Pros:

Die Betten sind super bequem, die Zimmer sind modern, großzügig und sehr sauber, das Personal stets äußerst zuvorkommend. Der saubere Pool mit angrenzender Bar macht den Aufenthalt perfekt!
