Pros:

The staff was friendly and happy to answer any questions and very helpful with information about the area.
The lobby was clean and had complimentary coffee and flavored water 24 hrs

Hotel is real nice

Cons:

One of the maids stole my speaker out of my bag When they clean my room when i didn’t ask for my room to get clean. And I still didn’t hear anything back from the supervisor.

The pool bar/food wasn't open at all during our weekend stay as advertised or as we were told during check in.

Pros:

The location was very convenient and close to just about everything. The mall, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and plenty of restaurants and food options were all nearby, which made getting around and finding what we needed very easy.

Cons:

The hot water was a major issue, especially considering the price of the room. We also had a serious issue with the elevator when it stopped, which was definitely not a pleasant experience. Housekeeping emptied the trash and replaced some towels, but I feel all of the used towels should have been replaced.

Нам попался номер со старым ванной, давно не делали ремонт. Вода в раковине прямо на пол текла ,зубы чистишь а ноги в воде стоят.

Pros:

The ambiance of this place was great! We had a room that had a door to the atrium which gave it a nice "feel". The rooms very all decorated and the beds were so comfortable.

Cons:

My only complaint was we only stayed one night. I will be back, I'm sure!

Overall a nice little get away and the hotel served its purpose.
Pros:

Next time ask if we have pets because the first room was on the 1st floor and the room smelled like pets and I ended up getting the room moved to the 5th floor.

Cons:

The fact that they tried to put me in a pet room because of the discount that I used by booking thru booking.com
