Disappointing

Very Rude older man that spoke to the children in a nasty manner (for laughing) while waiting on the room to get ready for a birthday addition (2 hours after room was said to be ready). If he had a real issue, he could address the parents standing there waiting. Each time we saw him when leaving the hotel he was complaining to someone about something. He was always walking around guests in the lobby mad. He has no professionalism and no customer service. I’m unsure what his role is but he should not be around the guests with such a negative attitude. This set the tone to our stay so we made sure to not be there as much as possible. Do not purchase added additions because it is not comfortable to wait in the lobby area with this employee hanging around.

I loved the location and how the tanger outlets and stuff were literally walking distance.
Pros:

I loved all the amenities that were available at the property. The pool area was well above my expectations it was beautiful. The patio bar was definitely something to enjoy.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that the ice machine was on the fifth floor and was definitely not shown on anything. Most places that I have stayed have an ice machine on each floor.

Service can make or break a company. You lost this one.
Cons:

The bathroom door was not easy to slide. My wife could not open the door once it was closed
We had guest so it needed to be used. Spoke to the front desk and nobody seemed to care. Nothing was gone to meet out needs. Fix the door

Good airport hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Does what it says in the tin. Easy to get to and from airport on the shuttle. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Restaurant out in the terrace was a nice experience and the waitress who served us was particularly cheerful
