Good airport hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Does what it says in the tin. Easy to get to and from airport on the shuttle. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Restaurant out in the terrace was a nice experience and the waitress who served us was particularly cheerful

Good value and nice location by outlet stores. Friendly employees and spacious room.

Our toilet often cycled water continuously after flushing, requiring some tinkering on our part.

Cons:

We had an issue with water running out from under our shower door and soaking the floor. Maintenance looked at it and told us to ask housekeeping for extra towels to dry it. He could not fix it

The staff were helpful

Cons:

Bathroom was run down, old, and not good condition. The ceiling was those tiled kind and looked dirty. They didn't even match! Some were replacements. Breakfast half of items were lukewarm.

Loved our stay and will 10/10 stay again!
Pros:

Loved all the amenities. Loved the bigger king room. Very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed 3 nights and loved that our housekeeper came and cleaned and made the bed and exchanged for fresh towels daily. I loved the air conditioning being controlled from the wall and it coming from overhead vents. So nice!

Cons:

The only complaint I would have was the music level played in the speakers outside our room was too loud. We were in the room right behind the bar on the ground level so it was just jazz music but played loudly until 11pm each night.
