L’entretien et le linge de bain changé tous les jours .
L’eau de source mis à disposition chaque jour.
La gentillesse du personnel au bar , un barmaid qui parle le Français cela nous a permis d’être compris.
L’accueil le jour de notre arrivée à la réception un peu froid et arrogant. Sinon la jeune fille qui nous a accompagné jusqu’à la chambre pour nous expliquer comment utiliser les toilettes et nous présenter notre chambre était parfaite et parlait un peu le Français . Le Roof Top pas vraiment accessible dans la journée.

We visited the Solarium area as well as the restaurant and we found the staff's attitude distant and unpleasant.
Closing the pool, steam room ans sauna on Sundays is very frustrating and significantly reduces the value of the amenities we pay for.

La vue sur la baie de Naples absolument magnifique la situation de l hôtel dans un quartier calme et agréable le petit déjeuner avec une vue incroyable et le personnel très accueillant spécialement le directeur de salle !
Peut être un petit peu plus de fantaisie dans la deco de la chambre un brin trop classique

All good. The communication with the hotel via booking.com was not very efficient so after booking I communicated directly with the hotel which was much better.
La vista dal bar della terrazza era meravigliosa il personale gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno permesso di restare un po' in più anche se il bar era in chiusura. Camera immacolata e perfetta con tutti i confort. Speriamo di ritornare presto
