מקום נעים, עובדים שירותים ולבביים מאוד המנעימים את השהיה
Pros:

הצוות הנפלא בקבלה סטיבן ואישה נוספת מקסימה ולבבית וראשידה בחדר האוכל דאגו לשהות נעימה וטעימה.

Cons:

היינו בחדר בקומת הכניסה בו לא ניתן לפתוח את החלון לאוורור כי החלון הוא דלת היציאה לרחוב , אין מזגן או אוורור כלשהו ולכן הדבר היה מאתגר

Warm friendly staff and great hotel
Pros:

Early check in appreciated. (We arrived very early and this was accommodated without question) Warm welcome from Luigi who gave us great information regarding the hotel and area. Very good parking for our motorbike.
And excellent breakfast - great selection and the home made cakes were delicious. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area

Hôtel parfait pour un séjour avec notre groupe sur le parcours du TMB, acceuil au top!

Séjour inoubliable!!!
Pros:

Je commence par le personnel et son service, qui sont dignes d'un palace ; ils sont aux petits soins. Rachida, la responsable du buffet du petit déjeuner, est juste exceptionnelle, vraiment top. Elle nous a fait régaler avec ses gâteaux, ses pancakes tout chauds, ses crêpes au chocolat, le tout fait maison et sur place. Elle prête attention aux clients et s'adapte à leurs demandes.
Stefano à l'accueil, toujours souriant, très aimable et prend le temps de tout expliquer et n'hésite pas à vous offrir un thé.
Je tiens aussi à remercier le reste du personnel et à saluer la femme de chambre pour le niveau de propreté des chambres.
L'hôtel a une décoration cosy et beaucoup de charme ; on pense qu'on est dans un film de Noël.
Bel emplacement au calme; accès facile juste après le tunnel du Mont Blanc.
Bref, nous avons découvert un petit bijou et nous comptons y revenir l'année prochaine.

Ottimo hotel con parcheggio
Pros:

Bella struttura, camere accoglienti, molto comodo il parcheggio interno coperto, personale gentilissimo sia alla reception (ad esempio Luigi) che in sala. Vicinissimo al centro di Courmayeur. Ottima la colazione. Consigliato assolutamente.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean.the staff were all very friendly could not of asked for more.there was a good breakfast a good selection and omelette etc made to order.not too far to the town.
