Reserve habitación 2 camas grandes pensando que eran 2 plazas ya que iba con niños y al llegar nos dan 2 camas plaza y media y al reclamar me dicen que no tienen de 2 camas grandes en una habitación, la Piscina poco fría el agua.

La cama era bien confortable y el desayuno bastante variado.

Cons:

Creo que podrían mejorar en la calidad de los productos para el baño. Había un "shampoo + acondicionador", pero que de acondicionador no tenía nada. Envases pequeños, que quizás para un hombre o para una mujer con pelo corto alcanza, pero para alguien con pelo largo es insuficiente. Aconsejo llevar sus propios productos.

Muy buena opción para la costanera de Valdivia
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, estacionamiento amplio, pero no se puede reservar ni asegurar espacio. Buenas vistas de la ciudad. Muy bien conectado. Habitaciones silenciosas y personal atento. Buen detalle el frigobar en la habitación

Cons:

Desayuno amplio, pero en general de baja calidad. La piscina temperada estaba habilitada, pero al momento de reservar indicaba fuera de servicio. No se puede reservar espacio en el estacionamiento
