Muy buena opción para la costanera de Valdivia

Excelente ubicación, estacionamiento amplio, pero no se puede reservar ni asegurar espacio. Buenas vistas de la ciudad. Muy bien conectado. Habitaciones silenciosas y personal atento. Buen detalle el frigobar en la habitación

Desayuno amplio, pero en general de baja calidad. La piscina temperada estaba habilitada, pero al momento de reservar indicaba fuera de servicio. No se puede reservar espacio en el estacionamiento

Se dio la situación de que, al parecer, todos los pasajeros bajamos a desayunar a la misma hora, por lo que el comedor colapsó. No obstante, el personal a cargo lo resolvío abriendo otro salón.

Buen con hotel pero con detalles que los años van dejando entrever

La ubicación es muy buena, dependiendo de tus gustos, al menos puedes mirar al río y ver como diariamente los universitarios practican el remo en un paisaje muy bonito. No utilicé su piscina ni sauna; el desayuno me pareció bien dentro del standaard de un hotel como este. Si eres una persona que sufre de frío aquí no tendrás problemas, el sistema de calefacción de la habitación es muy eficiente.

Cons:

Diego de Almagro hoteles es una cadena importante en Chile, por esta razón hay dos aspectos que ya deberían mejorar; el primero son las almohadas y el seudo las toallas. Prácticamente no pudimos dormir ya que las almohadas son extremadamente altas y duras y la ropa de cama, lo mismo que las toallas, ya merecen un cambio y agradecer su servicio de muchos años. Lamentablemente las paredes que dividen las habitaciones fueron construidas con un material que filtra el ruido con facilidad; al principio escuchamos la pasión de los vecinos y posteriormente lo ronquidos de satisfacción.
