Ubicación excelente, desayuno bueno y personal de atento faltó mucho

Desayunos muy completos y buenos, habitación limpia al recibirla y con linda vista.

Cons:

En tres noches de estadía solo un día fueron a realizar cambio de sábanas y toallas, incluso nos quedamos sin confort y tuvimos que pedirle a personal de aseo y aún así no nos llevaron! Jajaja fue insólito la verdad.

Good value, friendly staff, near the metro and the shuttle to the mountains I needed (& a supermarket).

Cons:

Curtains in my room didn't shut all the way but I worked aound it, and wifi sometimes cut out.

En la habitación que me dieron, no se tenía acceso a la ventana para poder abrir las cortinas, existía un desnivel al cual se debía subir.

Café da manhã e a limpeza. Chuveiro era excelente.

Cons:

Wi-Fi não funcionava e hotel não fez nada para solucionar, em plena era digital a internet simplesmente não funcionava nos quartos, mal no hall de entrada. Nosso quarto era ao lado do elevador que faz muito barulho. Travesseiros ruim e secador de cabelo péssimo.
