Important information:

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

-La cercanía al centro.
-El desayuno y la atención del encargado Sr. de edad muy gentil y buen trato; también los alimentos.

Habitación no tan limpios; tuvimos que hacer saber para que hagan limpieza y nos cambiaron de habitación en uno de ellos, en otros 2 al reclamar cambiaron toda la ropa de cama, no había control remoto del Tv. El último día antes de las 10 am, cambiaron la configuración de la tarjeta de acceso que no nos permitía ingresar a la habitación y nos entregaron otra. La habitación doble falta de iluminación; muy tenue la luz del techo y eso que daba para la calle con un balcón.
-Al consumir sopa Llunca muy mal y grasosa, la presa al parecer era la última mucho hueso; casi nada de carne.
-TODO ESTO SE HIZO SABER AL ENCARGADO; PARA MEJORAS!!!

súper cómodo, súper atención, todos los aspectos super cuidados.
Pros:

el desayuno estuvo muy bien, no demasiadas opciones, pero si las suficientes, se acabó y trajeron refill de las proteínas, lo cual me parece bien. me gustó que estaba todo muy limpio, me gustó y agradezco también que nos ayudaron con guardarnos el equipaje antes del check in y posterior al check out. El personal fue bastante amable y claro en las indicaciones en general.

Cons:

En general me gustó todo, pero podría comentar pequeñas oportunidades de mejora como mayor variedad en postres y que en la habitación aparezca el número para llamar a recepción para no tener que bajar. Todo estuvo perfecto.

Pros:

Good location. Spacious lobby. Helpful staff.

Cons:

The shower doesn’t drain. Hot water varied a lot but didn’t get hot even after 10 minutes. The worst part is that I think they treated the room for insects and the whole room smelled like anti-cockroach chemicals even when I opened the windows all night.

El millor de l’hotel es el lobby aixi com el restaurant.

Cons:

La neteja de l’habitació era molt deficient. Hi havia unes estoretes al costat del llit plenes de pels i brutes. El bany era molt just (no hi ha lloc ni per deixar el neceser).
Donat que marxavem d’hora, vam demanar l’esmorzar per emportar i al reclamar-lo a les 5 AM, ens van dir que s’havien oblidat i que no el tenien preparat.
