Reception was hardly manned, no guidance of facilities or breakfast
No evening meals as listed was available
Breakfast was a pre packed self service affair and not worth the £12 each. We walked out
Hotel very tired and requires serious attention.
Walking out the front entrance
The whole thing the hotel the staff the facilities everything had a mouldy smell all the toilets we’re disgusting I was supposed to have a deluxe double upgrade and free WiFi and breakfast wich I didn’t receive they only supplied continental breakfast and when the staff member came in she carried on opening the office and then said I could come through in ten minutes but the receptionist said it would be open for 7am but if I waited for a cold breakfast It would have made me late for work that’s why I asked and I was itching as soon as I got into bed this place is awful the owners seem to run the Indian restaurant across the road and probably the car dealership as well I didn’t see anyone going into the restaurant. The Indian owner came out to car park and looked at my car as I don’t think he was happy that I had the £3 car parking pre paid through booking.com. There English was very bad and room service was crap.
the room was outdated no spa no restaurant no bar woke up feeling itchy shower was very poor and hotel full of alcoholics living there ended up leaving and booking another hotel very disappointed
Friendly man on reception ... I was upgraded to a 'suite' !
One of the most comfy beds I have ever slept in !!
Bonus continental breakfast, with lots of choices.
Fab Indian restaurant just across the road.
Basic but all needed there
Needs some TLC. Chipped cups, crack in bath side etc.
The room was spacious
The hotel didn't smell great when we walked in and the continental breakfast that was charged at £10 per person, was basically some crumpets, cheap pastries, shreddies and Coco pops. The room itself was spacious, as was the bathroom, but the lighting in the bathroom was on a sensor that went off after 30 seconds of going in the room. There was an aircon unit in the room, but that didn't work so they had put a fan in the room to replace it. All In all it served as a place to get my head down after a busy day, but that's it.
The space and bathroom made it more comfortable bit cramped and the price was cheap with that price definitely coming again.
Very polite staff on reception. The room was very large.
The pool had no access
Large room, beds comfortable
No air conditioning
Toilet seat visibly dirty
Bedding stained (beds had clearly been changed)
Close to our intended location.
The bed bugs and itchy bites for days after our stay.
The location
Very tired property in need of renovation
Good Location
Television didn’t work, bathroom lights on sensors, kept going off, even while in shower
The room smelt of cigarette smoke, very dusty, flat pillows
