Tutto la stanza sempre pulita e in ordine tutto ok anche con la colazioni completa e abbondante lo staff molto gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Niente tranne chiedo solo una maggiore attenzione ai piatti per la colazione a volte erano ancora sporchi

Situation parfaite, personnel au top
Pros:

La situation proche de la gare/du tram
L'amabilité du personnel et la disponibilité.
Le fait d'avoir 2 cartes et non une seule par chambre
Le restaurant disponible toute la journée
Le rendement du petit déjeuner, il ne manque rien et le personnel veille.
Une baignoire et douche c'est rare d'avoir les deux donc top.
Sofia, la dame de ménage qui rectifie directement les oublis dans les 5/10 minutes de la demande (3e lit pas fait et pas de serviettes, tasse etc)

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus fourni en sucré : plus de fruits différents, des yaourts aux fruits.

Todo el hotel, las habitaciones, el restaurante y elmdesayuno.

Cons:

El ascensor ya está bastante viejo, lento y da sensación de mucha inseguridad. Demora muucho y se pierde mucho tiempo esperando a que llegue.

Good hotel, staff very friendly. Hotel too far out of centre.
Pros:

I did not like the first room on the ground floor, I felt that people on the outside would be able to see into the room.We changed to a room on second floor. There was not enough fruit varieties for breakfast. The hotel is too far out of the centre.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y a 25 minutos andando de la Old Town.
Pros:

El personal del hotel muy amable, sobretodo el personal de los desayunos, muy servicial. La limpieza de la habitación era impecable.

Cons:

La ducha era muy incómoda para entrar y salir, sólo tenía una alcachofa superior, sin posibilidad de mojarse sólo el cuerpo y con poca presión.
