I loved the staff here and loved the location. They communicated well before the stay and it was a great experience!! Would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The AC unit almost didn’t work at all. It would run for like 5 minutes and turn off so our room was pretty hot all night and we woke up multiple times and had to turn it back on…

Cons:

Noise between rooms was too much..felt like the next door room was in my room..they were talking late into the night, even with earplugs and noise cancelling headphones I could still hear them. Then again in the morning they woke me up, I could hear every single word and everything they were doing. I suppose nothing staff can do other than insulate the walls better. Hotel is also not really near anything and feels a little unsafe and dirty around the area. I had to order the overpriced breakfast because there is basically nowhere nearby to have breakfast

Pros:

Выбирала отель так, чтобы ночью было легко и быстро добраться с вокзала Montparnasse. Удобная локация в 5 минутах пешком от транспортного узла. Легко и быстро добираться и до центра, и до Орли (если по розовой ветке метро и далее на Т7), до вокзалов, Лувра, Оперы - без пересадок.
Отель расположен на тихой зелёной улице.
Очень дружелюбный и вежливый персонал. Ежедневная уборка номера. Номер был с балконом.
Чистый санузел с относительно свежим ремонтом.
В номере есть сейф, он работал.
Есть небольшая каморка для хранения багажа.
Ближайший продуктовый магазин (на заправке) закрывается в 22:00, остальные магазины поблизости закрываются раньше.

Cons:

В отличие от санузла, сам номер (комната) со старым ремонтом, на обоях есть дырочки и протертости, на полу ковролин (это точно не про чистоту), старые двери. Нет холодильника.
