It was run down - chairs and sofa that you don’t want to sit on them. This creates an unneat feeling

Pros:

Perfect location. Accessible to downtown and all sites are walkable. Hotel has big rooms and AC is specially cold. Staff are all friendly and extend special care and attention to us during our entire visit (from replying to queries thru Booking.com, arranging transfers, special requests, etc). We really felt that we just need to ask, and it will all be taken cared of! Special mention to the front desk (Casiorina, Caroline, Collin and Delano), Reservation (Alta), THANK YOU for everything!

Zentrale Lage, gutes Hotel
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und wir haben uns sicher gefühlt.
Das Zimmer war gut und komfortabel. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Die Skybar war sehr schön.

Pros:

Zentral gelegen, sauber und gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Wir hatten für 3 Personen gebucht, in unserem Zimmer gab es aber nur 3 Betten. Wir erhielten den Hinweis, wir hätten ein Familienzimmer buche sollen.
Das funktioniert in anderen Hotels einfacher. Am Ende wurde es ein Beistellbett und etwas beengt.

Piękne miejsce, miłe wspomnienia, cudowne widoki ze Sky Bar!
Pros:

Świetne śniadania, bardzo miły personel, piękny widok z roof top infinity pool, piękne zachody słońca, bardzo dobra restauracja i miła obsługa wszędzie, bardzo życzliwa. Bezpiecznie.

Customer service is good. Hotel rooms seem old and need an upgrade.
Pros:

The room is good size.

Location is central.

Secure parking

Staff was helpful in addressing issues. The aircon was not working and the maintenance team arranged a solution late at night.

Cons:

Room is old - carpets and some furniture needs to be replaced.

Need an auto coffee machine in the room.

Food is expensive for what it is.
