Started off badly, but ended off satisfied.
Pros:

I booked a de luxe king room. On arrval, we were given Room 100, which as the number implies, if the first room in sequence. It was NOT a de luxe king room, and had a number of issues such as noisy aircon. one bedside lamp intead of two, TV didn't work despite doing everything possible with the remote, the shower floor was slippery and dangerous and the windows were filthy, which explains why the curtains were drawn. After lodging a complaint, and advising the reception staff to check the dictionary definition of "de luxe", we were moved to the 8th floor where the room met all our expectations and was worthy of the description "de luxe". Thereafter, our stay met all our expectations, as had our first stay in 2025.

Fijn hotel maar ze mogen wat verandering brengen in het persoon
Pros:

Goed hotel, lekker ontbijt en goede bedden

Cons:

Het is voor mij een wonder dat dit personeel werkzaam mag zijn bij Hilton. Ze kijken je raar en ongeïnteresseerd aan. Vooral in het restaurant.

Great for a comfy stop off when you arrive in Windhoek before you head off looking for animals!
Pros:

The gym was excellent and great views I used it every day. The Skybar is one of the best venues in Windhoek for a wind-down/meeting drink. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly. The travel bookers in the lobby are essential for taxis and airport shuttles, also toursm.

Cons:

Ordering a coffee during the day in the Skybar means it comes up in the lift and will most likely be cold.

Gym was not the best but sufficient to do your workout.

the noice from the streets was not well isolated but the traffic is not high there so this was not big issue.

ダウンタウンにも歩いていけるし、何しろ屋上のバーは素敵だし、みんな良い人でまた泊まりたいです
Pros:

屋上のスカイバーの夕陽なら夜景
全てのスタッフの親切さとフレンドリーさ
食事のおいしさ

Cons:

工場があったみたいで、突然水道の水が茶色がでできたけど、しばらく流したら戻った。。
ツインで予約してたけど、ベット1台で、違いますと伝えたら、UPGで大きな部屋にしてもらい、エキストラベットをいれてくれた。

Sauber, gute Lage aber in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Sauber und freundliches Personal, gute Lage, gutes Restaurant, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.

Cons:

Es ist in die Jahre gekommen aber in gutem Zustand. Das ist nicht negativ zu werten sondern Neutral.

Zweckdienlich und zentral zu einem akzeptablen Preis. Toller Service!
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, unheimlich zuvorkommender Service bezüglich Late-checkout, Kofferaufbewahrung und Transferbuchung zum Flughafen.

Cons:

Alles ein bisschen angegriffen, eine vernünftige Türe vor der Toilette wäre schön.
