The rate is quick high
Breakfast was good.
Room was dirty. If you walk on the carpet, your feet get dirty. Shower and toilet dirty. Cleaning team doesn't clean properly. Hotel is outlived and needs thorough cleaning.
The rooms were nice and clean
I am writing this review to warn other travelers and express my deep concern regarding my recent stay.
The hotel’s lack of maintenance directly put our lives in danger. When we arrived, the parking machine had run out of paper and failed to print a ticket. Because the machine was broken, we were forced to sit at the entrance waiting. This delay made us sitting ducks, and a robber came running toward our vehicle to grab our belongings. If it wasn't for a quick-thinking security guard who intervened with his firearm, we would have been robbed.
To make matters worse, the staff blamed us for their broken system and forced us to pay for a "lost ticket," even though it was their machine that failed to print one. The staff admitted to us that we weren't the only ones another guest had just experienced the exact same issue. When I complained, a receptionist simply told the other receptionist to "write it in the report," with zero accountability, apology, or actual help.
Furthermore, the restaurant service was incredibly poor. The staff simply didn’t feel like working. Whenever we made eye contact to try and order something, they would literally turn and run away to avoid serving us.
I have already booked another 2 nights at this hotel for the end of my Namibian holiday, and frankly, I am now terrified and deeply worried about returning. Management needs to address these glaring security, mechanical, and service issues immediately.

Roomservice took 1,5h but when ordering they said 15 min. Very disappointed.

Perfect location. Accessible to downtown and all sites are walkable. Hotel has big rooms and AC is specially cold. Staff are all friendly and extend special care and attention to us during our entire visit (from replying to queries thru Booking.com, arranging transfers, special requests, etc). We really felt that we just need to ask, and it will all be taken cared of! Special mention to the front desk (Casiorina, Caroline, Collin and Delano), Reservation (Alta), THANK YOU for everything!
