Pros:

Fantastic hotel, big rooms, enormous comfy beds and large showers. Everything is clean and the staff is nice. Pool is very nice as well as the garden and hotel's beach. Fantastic place to relax while watching sunset and sipping on some tasty drinks. Restaurant is reasonably priced. It has a very classy and expensive look without the hefty price. No wonder its fully booked a lot of times. We regret we could only stay there for three nights. There was no problem to leave our bags for a couple hours after checkout. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved as once early guests eats up certain foods they are not being replenished.

Pros:

A very good breakfast. The coffee was excellent. There was a good variety of food and the fresh fruit was delicious. The elicious banana pancke was still hot when it was served at the table.

Wonderful place, great spot for couples and families
Pros:

Very spacious room, extremely clean, and well taken care of by the exceptional staff. The hotel sits directly on the beach where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve seen, as you sip on something from the delicious hotel’s restaurant. Their breakfast was amazing. You can also enjoy a dip in their awesome pool just a few steps from the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay there, I wish we have stayed longer.

Cons:

There’s nothing I could mention here. We had a great time.

Pros:

Ich habe selten ein derart tolles Hotel gesehen. Warmherzig, Strahlend, sauber bis in jede Ecke, Liebe zum Detail, herzliches Anwesen. Die Villen und die Bungalows sind ein Traum. Der Strandabschnitt ist sauber. Hilfsbereites Personal das alles tut damit man sich wohl fühlt. Ich könnte dort ewig bleiben.

Great value, beautiful and quiet , excellent service
Pros:

Beautiful property, wonderful staff, big room and huge bathroom and shower. Very quiet. Great in house spa with amazingly low price for massage and it’s excellent.
Lovely pool and very good food. Nice beach views
Price is very good. Don’t let reasonable price scare you, it’s nicer than a lot of the other hotels in Labuan Bajo.
Down the road a bit is a great coffee shop that roasts their own beans-Pedro’s

Cons:

We were happy and relaxed here , no complaints
We stayed on 2 separate nights.

Prachtig hotel
Pros:

Gewoon boeken was voor ons het beste hotel wat we hadden. Proper ,goede locatie ,zalig zwembad prachtige kamer met een zeer groot bed nog nooit meegemaakt.

I reviewed our second night. I give it 5 stars and very affordable . Big room huge bathroom and shower, very clean and comfortable. Nice pool, beautiful beach and yum food.

Relax vicino a Bajo
Pros:

Hotel immerso in una vegetazione molto verde. La piscina è eccezionale per chi vuole rilassarsi al di fuori del paese. Lo staff è molto gentile.

Cons:

Pur essendo situato in prossimità della spiaggia, purtroppo non siamo riusciti a fare il bagno, essendo non molto pulito il mare. Ovviamente eravamo viziati dalla precedente crociera a Komodo.

Perfetta per relax a Labuan Bajo
Pros:

Struttura ampia immersa nella natura e con affaccio sulla spiaggia. Bellissimo il tramonto sul mare. Perfetta per rilassarsi dopo aver visitato il parco nazionale di Komodo. Il personale è gentile e disponibile anche prima del nostro arrivo a fornirci indicazioni e rassicurazioni sulla situazione a seguito del terremoto. Tramite la struttura è possibile noleggiare scooter e utilizzare il servizio lavanderia.

Cons:

Per andare in centro conviene noleggiare uno scooter o organizzarsi con dei taxi (grab e gojek non funzionano). Sebbene la posizione è perfetta per godersi un po' di tranquillità bisogna tenerne conto.
Nel bagno c'erano molti moscerini.
