Pros:

Breakfast was awesome - lots of choices, a good mix of Vietnamese dishes and Western breakfast options. Location was good - right bythe river and close to Han market, money exchange, cathedral. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The mattress was not that comfortable - sunk in the middle and was not good for my back and neck. Bathroom had a shower that was too low - had to hold the shower head to wash my hair. It could do with a refresh.

I assumed incorrectly that it was a non-smoking hotel, because the booking site said the rooms were non-smoking. However, there is a smoking area on each floor, very close to the rooms and you could smell the cigarettes from inside the room - possibly from the vents. I would not stay here again as this irritates my throat.

入口處有台階，但是大廳服務人員會協助搬運行李，很貼心，飯店設施偏舊，但是房務都盡力協助，整體來說都還不錯

Хороший отель, отличное расположение на набережной реки, с видом на мост Дракона где мы с удовольствием гуляли каждый вечер. Магазины, рестораны, все в пешей доступности. Отличный завтрак с достаточным выбором, ресторан с прекрасным видом на реку. Уборка номера, смена полотенец, доставка воды в бутылках ежедневная. Имеются места для парковки байка и автомобиля. Два лифта работали безупречно. Хорошая шумоизоляция. У нас был ночной вылет, персонал любезно заказал нам такси.
