Basic but clean accomodation with convenient public transport options to main centre
Pros:

The room was basic but very clean. The location was a 30 minute walk or a train ride from the main centre but very close to the nearest station which made it easy to get around. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Cons:

The beds were very hard. I also tried to message the property multiple times before our stay to confirm my check in time and never received a response.

Affordable and Convenient Hotel
Pros:

The location is very convenient, with a direct connection from the airport. However, the train only runs once an hour, so I recommend checking the schedule in advance.

The hotel is also located very close to a subway station, which makes getting around the city easy.

After check-out, luggage can be stored in a locked locker for €4.

Cons:

One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located in an area that felt a little unsafe, especially at night.

Convenient to the interstate trains, good food and friendly staff our 2 bedroom apartment had a private courtyard.
Pros:

Close to the station for a 6:58am train. Wonderful food on the rooftop overlooking parts of Athens not usually seen by tourists. We arrived at 10:30 pm and there was live music and a party atmosphere on the rooftop restaurant. Our family room at a private garden and courtyard too.

Pros:

Avevamo la metro esattamente sotto l'albergo. Scelta top per muoversi ad Atene senza auto.
Lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli tutta la giornata dopo il checkout, perché avevamo il volo la sera e questo ci ha permesso di continuare a girare per la città comodi.

Cons:

Il quartiere sicuramente non è dei migliori. La colazione non ci ha soddisfatti molto, con prodotti scarsi (per esempio il succo d'arancia) e il caffè/ cappuccio ecc fatto in autonomia con la macchinetta.

Great hotel close to the centre
Pros:

The rooftop bar was great for sunset views of the city.
Excellent location next to the main train station, a metro station and bus/trolleybus routes

Cons:

The bathroom didnt have a shower curtain so taking a shower was a little troublesome

Pros:

It was the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel. Hotel is nice location is close to metro and train station, the staff are kind and helpful, breakfast also nice. Triple room with balcony was nice and bright.

Cons:

The standard double room was small and gloomy

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very good. However, unfortunately, my experience with one of the reception staff members—the older gentleman, not the younger staff member—has been very disappointing.

On one occasion, I had not booked online and went directly to the hotel. He agreed to make the reservation for me and took the payment in cash. On another occasion, there was only one room available. He quoted me a price that was almost double the price shown on Booking.com. When I told him that I would simply book it through Booking.com, he went into the system and marked the room as booked, then told me that I would no longer be able to book it through Booking.com.

I have stayed here several times because I genuinely like the hotel, but this kind of behavior is very disappointing and affects the hotel’s reputation. I hope the management will look into this matter, because the hotel itself is good and deserves better customer service at reception.

Pros:

Sin duda lo mejor de este hoel es la ubicación y personal realmente muy amable.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación se encontraba fuera del edificio principal,lo que resultaba un poco extraño. La primera sensación fue que nos encontramos en un sitio equivocado, pero limpio y amplio.
