After I got to the third room, everything was fine

Disgusting Smell!!
Pros:

We generally stay at Marriott properties, but there was none in this area, so we chose this hotel. We requested a room on a higher floor since I have severe animal allergies. Usually hotels keep some rooms for non-pets…not this place. The smells in our room was “wet dog” and poo!! Absolutely disgusting. We went had to buy essential oils and a diffuser to help with the smell.

If there were other hotel choices in the area, we would have checked out.

AMAZING
Pros:

Staff is WONDERFUL. EVERYONE. Breakfast is great. Everything is clean. Gym, Pool, Laundry. Hallways are well lit. Pet friendly. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Pillows are nice also. Steve the manager goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for customers and staff alike. Marina is so sweet. Housekeeping is amazing. We are here for an extended stay and have service animals and they are so accommodating. I can't say enough nice things about this place.

Excellent Property with Professional Staff.
Pros:

This is the nicest of all Hampton Inns. It is immaculate, efficient, and professionally run. We have been staying here regularly for years and the quality of the hotel and the breakfast never diminishes. In particular, Cheyenne, the manager, and Alesia at the front desk are always cordial, welcoming, and efficient. Highly recommend.
