Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war leider enttäuschend.

Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft sehr staubig und nicht sauber genug. Während unseres 4-tägigen Aufenthalts wurden lediglich die Betten der Eltern gemacht, die Kinderbetten hingegen wurden kein einziges Mal angefasst.

Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen identisch und bot kaum Abwechslung. Auch das Restaurant hat uns nicht überzeugt – die Preise sind für die angebotene Qualität und Auswahl deutlich zu hoch.

Die Aktivitäten im Hotel waren sehr begrenzt und wenig vielfältig. Besonders das Schwimmbad wirkt stark veraltet und wenig attraktiv. Zudem war das Wasser viel zu kalt, sodass der Aufenthalt dort keinen Spaß gemacht hat.

Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel leider nicht den Erwartungen, die man aufgrund der Preise haben würde.

“Sono tornata diverse volte all’HUP soprattutto perché mio figlio si diverte tantissimo. La struttura è perfetta per i bambini grazie a tutti gli sport e alle attività che si possono fare lì, al parco giochi e anche alla bellissima palestra. È un posto ideale per le famiglie.”

“Purtroppo, nonostante sia tornata più volte all’HUP perché mio figlio si diverte molto, ho avuto diverse esperienze negative, soprattutto legate alla pulizia e alla professionalità dello staff.

Durante un soggiorno ho prenotato un massaggio alla spa: la ragazza alla reception era continuamente al telefono e poco attenta ai clienti. Dopo il trattamento mi sono accorta che il telo usato per coprirmi era sporco e chiaramente già utilizzato da qualcun altro. Ho chiesto di parlare con il manager perché l’ho trovato inaccettabile, ma nonostante il reclamo mi è stato comunque fatto pagare il massaggio.

Nell’ultimo soggiorno, invece, abbiamo trovato delle cimici nel letto di mio figlio. Ho anche delle foto. Tornata a casa, io e altri membri del gruppo abbiamo avuto punture, prurito e bolle rosse su gambe e collo. Questo episodio mi ha fatto capire che il livello di pulizia della struttura è davvero insufficiente.

Anche le camere avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione: la doccia si intasava completamente e il bagno si allagava mentre ci lavavamo.

Inoltre, lo staff alla reception si è dimostrato poco professionale e poco disponibile. Eravamo un gruppo numeroso e c’è stato un problema con una prenotazione: una camera per quattro persone era descritta in modo poco chiaro su Booking.com e la disposizione dei letti non era adatta alle nostre esigenze. Invece di aiutarci a trovare una soluzione, una receptionist ci ha risposto in modo scortese dicendo: “Cosa volete che faccia, i trucchi magici?”. Solo dopo aver parlato con un supervisore ci è stato offerto un piccolo sconto, ma alla fine abbiamo comunque dovuto pagare una stanza aggiuntiva.

È un peccato, perché la struttura ha tanto potenziale per le famiglie e i bambini, ma il servizio e la pulizia dovrebbero migliorare molto.”
